Wonderful looking jewelry at a good price. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I've got several pieces from them before since I'm into fashion and I love their earrings and necklace design. It's also good to feel like I'm supporting a small business in Little Saigon and supporting the Vietnamese community.

Lack of integrity and literally a rip off! This store buy and resell gold ounces without checking it out. You have to be very carful when you deal with gold and diamonds. This older gentleman "possibly Kim" lacks honesty and integrity in managing his business. Go somewhere else.

Brought my watch in for battery replacement. The man quote $10 so I approve and he took watch to hand off to man in the back. It took over 15 mins to get my watch back. When I got it back the band was a bit warped and very dirty w/visible black stains over my rose gold band. I don't think they change many watch batteries even though they advise they do. I wouldn't recommend this jeweler for battery changes. Unless you don't mind getting minor damages to your watch.

Very accommodating and took care of our needs. Knowledgeable, professional and a great sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

Literally the worst jeweler I have been to. I asked him just to replace a pin in my watch and they grinned it and caused cosmetic issues. The owner is very perverted, I caught him staring down a women's dress during my horrendous visit there.

I have been doing business with him for 32 years. There was a time he paid me $400 to much, & I gave all $400 back to him. Lately, I have bought a diamond ring mounting for $3600. I bought my own moissanite. So when I wanted to sell it back to him, (just the mounting) but couldn't find the receipt, he only offered me $1800. Then in front of his employee (as a witness), he agreed to pay me $2500 if I found the receipt. When I brought the receipt in today, he distorted the truth, and said that the price included the stone. But it's my stone that he has already removed from the mounting to give back to me. He had the nerve to swear that God would kill him if he sold the mounting for $3600.

First of all; you don't know the truth about this little Community. Definitely, he, Thinh owner must make the 1st step to you as trusted and then if you dare to buy his gold. Be aware the 18k plate over 14k. Crystal stone which he, thinh name that is real Diamond. It was a big scammer, as a thief in Asian Community.

Two words: RIP OFF. I wish i can give them zero star. On Friday I came to this hole in a wall jewelry store to get new battery replacement for my 13 years old Casio Pathfinder digital wrist watch. The store owner (a Vietnamese man in his 60s or 70s) asked for $10 in cash to pay for the battery replacement. Ok, cool. He brough my watch to the back of his store to work on it. He was unable to get the watch to turn back on (my watch was on & worked perfectly fine when i first brought it in his store) even with the new batteries . He told me to come back next Monday to get the watch.

He told me to come back next Monday to get the watch. I came back the following Monday to retrieve my watch. I encountered the same Vietnamese man last Friday. He asked for an additional $20 (on top of the $10 i already paid last Friday) before he handed the watch back to me. His excuses were "i had to reprogram the watch and the batteries are expensive". I ended up paying him $20 with my debit card. I paid a total of $30 ($10 in cash, $20 with card) for batteries for a digital watch worth $80. I went home and called several jewelry/watch stores around town to ask for a quote how much would it cost them to replace battery for a Casio Pathfinder. The most expensive quote was $10. I am out of $30 and had to wait 3 days to get my watch back. Do not come to this store if you don't want to get rip off. 2 tr: b láo. AAA+++ I was just checking to see if thwy had newer style engagement ring mountings. i have not yet made a purchase, however Mr. Thinh is kind and accomodating, he showed me many possible choices, i could see the quality on stonesetting and matching the color and clarity was on point. Mr. Thinh is in diamond business over 40 years. whwn it comes to price, you may be pleasantly surprised, he works on a small margin and his humble pricing makes it ea1ay for you to choose from GIA certified or loose diamonds. you have found one of tge most competitive priced diamond sellers in the area.
