I was a little wary at first because of some reviews, but my experience here has been great.I originally had a smaller unit, but Katie help me upgrade and transfer, while also giving the promo price in-store, so I didnt have to waste time online.The signup process was simple & paying a little extra for the locks & insurance was convenient.PS. They allow you to purchase months in advance at the promo price, before you increase to the current rate. (which is still pretty low)

Having used a few storage facilities..Life Storage on Edinger@ the 405 frwy in Westminster Managed by Brittany has been by far the best experience. WELL LIT, CLEAN, And very importantly has no drywall units which can be easily cut into from neighboring units. All units here are either brick enforced or metal. The location also has great access great access hours till 10pm

Katie has awesome customer service skills. When inquiring about my current monthly rate, she offered a discounted price. Thank you. Never had any issues with this place. The facility is clean and well maintained. Has two elevators you can use. Close to the 405 freeway.
