Last week, I bought an X7m50i from Abe at OC Autohaus. Before I even spoke to anyone, and without providing any information, I coordinated a pre-purchase inspection with a local BMW Specialist. Abe asked no questions and brought the vehicle to the inspection, which it passed with flying colors. The next day, I came to the dealership with a cashier's check. During our dealings, Abe was so accommodating that he even let me eat lunch on his desk. Following some good-natured negotiations, and less than two hours after I first walked in the door, I drove away in my new ride. 10/10 experience. Thanks OC Autohaus!

I had spoken to Sam about a 2013 Maserati GranTurismo on their website. After gathering more info about the car, I made a verbal commitment to buy the car. Sam had offered detail the interior and have his paint guy fix the clearcoat on the drip rail. He never asked for a deposit or any security to hold the car. I had started getting quotes from auto transport companies since I live in Texas. I waited a day for them to finish the make ready and tried to contact them. No luck. I looked on their website and on cargurus.com but the listing for the car was gone. They sold the car to someone else although we had an agreement in principle. No honor, no integrity. Buyer beware.

Outstanding Service and Truly Professional Experience!
This was the first time I felt genuinely well taken care of at a dealership. The salesperson Nessam was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. He never pressured me or rushed my decision in any way. Even after I mentioned I was just looking and planned to check other dealerships, he continued helping me and my family with the same kindness and dedication — as if I were buying the most expensive car on the lot.
The manager Sam was also extremely friendly and professional. I visited other dealerships, and the experience was completely different — the staff elsewhere made it feel like they were doing me a favor, with little interest in actually helping.
I ended up coming back and purchasing the car from Nessam — and I’m so glad I did!
The after-sales support was honestly the best I’ve ever had. They were fast, efficient, and took care of every small detail with excellence. It was truly impressive.
On top of that, the pricing is fair, which gave me even more confidence in my purchase.
I’m now a loyal customer and will absolutely recommend this dealership to others!

Id give them zero stars. They lied about our financing when the bank had already paid them off and they called us to return the vehicle because they couldn't finance us. When the day we drove off the lot they already had been sent a check from the bank. They wanted us to do an in house financing which was gonna cost us more. I wish we would have sued them. Very dishonest. Buy somewhere else. By the way the same day we returned the used 2017 mercedes gwagon we went to cerritos lexus and purchased a brand new 2025 lexus rx350.

I’m very happy with service I received at OC Autohaus. I needed to make sure the car went up my driveway, they brought the car to the house. Sam will be fair and treat you right. This an honest dealership with cool people that do right by their customers. My next purchase will start with asking Sam to find me what I want (even if it’s not in stock).

Sam and Bassam helped us get an amazing deal on my 2018 toyota tacoma trd pro and made sure I left with it fully detailed! He offered amazing service and made the entire experience a breeze. If you want to feel good about buying your vehicle Sam and his team at OC AUTOHAUS are the guyS to go too!
When I called the dealership and spoke to Sam about a truck that I was interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about myself on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. It meant so much to me and his words were very heartfelt and genuine. Everything else went extremely smooth and I will recommend him to everyone from now on who is looking to buy a vehicle. I am extremely grateful for all that he did, thank you Sam n team autohaus

Excellent customer service is all I have to say. Vincent was very good at answering all of my questions. Great dealing with him and his staff. They are willing and are very happy to take you on any test drive you want and explain in details what the car’s capability. They are very transparent on their car’s details. Price is exactly what they say it is without any dealer mark up. So, when you see the price listed, it will not be any higher. Got there, negotiate some price, trade in my old car, then ride my new Tesla home on the same day. Very happy with that. Also, Sam is great too.

Dishonest and a huge waste of time and money.
Called on April 2nd and spoke to Bassem about a 2018 C63 convertible they had in stock. I asked questions and asked if vehicle had ever been in an accident and if it had any rim damage or issues with the car, to which he answered no to all. The pictures listed on CarGurus were good looking so I took his word. After filling out all the information to purchase vehicle thru my credit union, I decided to check out their website, and to my surprise, even though CarGurus showed no accidents/damage, carfax showed moderate damage to the whole front of vehicle. I then asked if there was any noticeable paint issues, to which I was also told no. After spending $500 to fly to Orange County to purchase car, the vehicle was no where near the condition I was told. All but 1 rim had MAJOR curb rash damage, the convertible top on the inside was separating on the passenger rear corner, and most importantly vehicle had clearly been in a LARGE ACCIDENT. All the body gaps don’t line up on the front, the lettering on the side of the car was missing letters and extremely crooked, the bottom of the front bumper was damaged and had very cracked paint, the drivers headlamp assembly was loose, and to top it off, the paint used when the repairs were performed was a extremely thin coat and didn’t match the back half of the car (see pictures) Being upfront and honest about stuff like this is very important in this industry, especially when someone is traveling over 500 miles to purchase the vehicle. The owners were very apologetic and said the sales rep was new, however, at the end of the day, the vehicle just wasn’t what I was told it was. I was asked by the owner prior to confirming the purchase, did your salesman answer all your questions, which I answered yes. However, clearly he just gave the answers that anyone wants to hear, not the truth. I had to end up trying to find a last minute flight home which cost another $500. I’m out $1000 and also an entire days of wasted time. The owner was nice enough to provide a $50 uber credit to the airport which was a nice gesture, but what about the $1000 wasted in flights due to the dishonesty of your “new” salesperson who laughed at the condition of the car when we arrived? Extremely disappointed with how the process was handled.
