It was the worst job ever. I went to have my car aligned and it still pulls to the left like it did before I asked them to balance the front tires and the tire still vibrate. It’s like they didn’t do anything at all and not only that I have now an ABS light and a TCS off light are on and they obviously like didn’t hook wires back up or something. I’m not sure and I actually I’m scared to take it back for fear that they will make it even worse.
Whatever you do don’t take it to the Pep Boys and Westminster. It’s the worst.

I got an oil change, supposedly full synthetic but, they are only giving me 4,000 miles. In other words, they used water down oil. A full synthetic oil change at my dealer lasts 6k-7k miles but at Pep Boys only goes for 4k. This is a rip-off.

Better make an appointment for ANY maintenance or repair, otherwise DO NOT arrive any time they have lunch (noon to 1 pm). All but one mechanic is on break then.
It would have been considerate if reception had said come back later!!
