Đừng bao giờ gửi hàng chỗ này . Kéo dài thời gian quá lâu. Không lí do để chậm trễ hàng . Số phone việt nam thì gọi mấy chục cuộc ko bắt máy . 2 tuần liền ko nhận được hàng. Làm ăn như tệ . Ko bao giờ quay lại

This is my first time using their service, and they brought up a good impression.The staffs are very friendly and professional.I dropped off my items on Oct 29, 2021, and they were shipped to the address in Sai Gon on Nov 4, 2021. It only takes 7 days as they promised, and the price is reasonable as well (With this delivery during this pandemic time, I would be charged an extra “expedited” fee if I went to some other cargo places in the area ??).Highly recommend!

The men works here are very nice & informative. They have free tapes & lots of UPS boxes, yes even the post office ran out lol. But here they always have in stock & always ready to help & answers any questions you may have. I highly recommended them

This place like to scam senior citizen, my mom send an overnight package and they refuse to accept. Then call my mom saying that the place where she purchase the lable didn't pay for it yet that why they took it back, that she need to pay $400 or they send it back. First of all they wouldn't sent any package that has yet been paid for. But to confirm that story I call the post office and they say that not true the customer refuse to accept the package and tell them to take it back. I call the place and ask them about it they told me the same story they told my mom and hang up. They try to take advantage of senior citizen that doesn't know any better. SHAME On YOU Phúc Loc Cargo

Don't be fooled by the very few reviews here. It's likely because the older Vietnamese generation who often come here don't speak enough English to leave a review. I was standing on the balcony of Seafood Cove 2 when I saw this place from across the parking lot. I googled their number and called to ask for prices - $15 for the first 6lbs every pound after is $2.80/lb. I mentioned I was sending a Microsoft Surface tablet to HCMC and wanted to know how much tax I would need to pay on it. Mr. Trong said it depends on the value of the item. So after eating dimsum at SFC2 we headed straight across the street with stuff in hand and he valued and weighed my items. Only paid $40 on the tablet when another place had quoted me $70. Mr. Trong and the other worker were friendly, they do more than just shipping. Passport photos and visa processing too. Will definitely come back here.

This place is nicer and cleaner comparing to another Cargo place that I was at. The guy was friendly and helpful with my package. Shipment confirm on time and very sufficient.
