I myself am not Vietnamese, but I have always been intrigued by this place. I decided to go to today and walk around. Pros: I like the feel of the place. It looks like it hasn't been updated since it opened in the 80s but I like that. Cool place to visit once. There's seats at the top level that overlook the mall. Cons: Not much variety. Mostly jewelry stores and trinket shops selling cheap quality overpriced items. Left with nothing. Actually quite small. The place looks huge from the outside, but it's pretty small. Small food court. I was expecting more food choices. If you're not Vietnamese, you might get funny looks or stares from the older folks. I don't mind the stares but when my boyfriend and I walked by, some ladies outside of their shops looked at us, laughed, and spoke in Vietnamese. Maybe it was nothing, but the way they looked at us and laughed made me feel like it was directed at us.

It's an alright mall. Most of the stores is just jewelry while 10-20% is food, drinks, clothes, and cute supplies. If you want to splurge on jewelry, there's plenty of options to pick from! But if you're here for food and drinks, it's mostly Vietnamese food and drinks. Of course, there's sugar cane juice here too. I forgot when they do it, but sometimes they have a fun night market here at times with street food and clothes to buy. Some of the workers don't speak English that well so be patient as they work on your order. As for parking, it can get super crowded even though the lot is big. I usually find parking though!

This is the review/5 star for PHAT jewelry repair. there're 3 brothers very professional and friendly with very reasonable price to fix/repair your jewelry. It's worth every penny and 2 hr trafic to get there!! Thanks Phat & his Brothers!!!

Came to pick up a T-shirt at Little Saigon. Clean shop filled with fun items that showcase viet pride. This mall is filled with nostalgia so I'm happy to see it still standing after all these years. Coming to get sanrio stuff and jade bracelets with my mom, sweets from the bakery, platform sandals, sailor moon tshirts with the iron on graphics and bootleg CDs back in the day will always be great memories for me. Also, I park in the lot here and walk over to Bánh Cuốn Tày Ho since their parking sucks there.

I've been coming here for years with family and now my own family. Its an indoor Asian mall filled with a food court, souvenir shops, and a ton of competing jewelry shops. You can find a good deal on a lot of items here and bargain with the many different vendors since there's so much competition inside. I used to come back then when the monks used to stand outside in the scorching sun barefooted holding their donation baskets. Ever since Covid I haven't seen them anymore.

If you're coming from another city, state, or country, then you'd probably think this mall is the best Vietnamese-cultured environment ever. However, it isn't as great as it used to be. Back in the early 2000s to 2015, there were fun arcades, many exciting stores to go into, and rich in culture, especially during Lunar New Year. I remember families would bring their children here almost every day after school to hang out and have fun. Now, many stores are just full of clothing and jewelry. Not that many children/teens come here that often anymore and it's sort of sad to see how they regressed in improving the place. It would be nice if they added an arcade or lessen the amount of clothing/jewelry stores.

I read some of the reviews, I think we all have to realize this is a different culture and business strategy than most " American" business models. I personally love coming here to eat, people watch and occasionally buy goods. I've never had a problem, just come relax and enjoy.... It is what it is.

This is a great place to visit in the area. There's plenty of parking and lots of shops. I love the food here as well.

The rudest ppl ever, they would not look at you or talk to you at all if they think you don't have money. Smfh came here trying to get a necklace and bracelet and an anklet for my grand baby they didn't even give a sit.

This is for the shop Happy Toyz. Unpleasant experience we had. We were just shopping and purchasing stuffs, while this rude lady creeps up behind giving us strange vibes. While making my purchase and being polite to the guy on his laptop he abruptly hollered at my son telling him to "Don't touch that car on display. If you break it you gonna have to pay for it!" A tip to the laptop guy, if you don't want people to touch that stupid 'ol car then Put A Sign Saying 'Please Do Not Touch'. He didn't even give me a receipt. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Where do I began , parking in front and back of the mall . Gets very full so one might need to idle for available space. a lot of these businesses packed their merchandise to the brim , it's hard to manuver about inside their store. I feel so claustrophobic and can't concentrate looking through their racks of clothes. We were here specifically for Ao Dai ( Vietnamese traditional clothing) Most of these stores are cash only basis , very few excepts credit cards. We found 2 Ao Dai for my girls , I was quoted one price by a younger sales lady. when ready to pay the older lady asked for 10$ more for each outfit .. so annoying seems like when one don't speak Vietnamese they price gauge. I proceeded to protest and she honored the original price I was quoted . So beware when shopping here , the sales people/ owners here are deceiving from my experiences encounters with a few of the business.

Couldn't find parking after circling 3-4 times in a confusing one way parking lot where others also seemed confused. Frustrating enough that I wont go back.

Good Vietnamese mall. This reminds me of the 90s mall in Vietnam back then. From the mall structure to the stalls. Kind of nostalgic! But parking can be difficult. There’s plenty of lots but there are more customers.

Parking is always a challenge at this mall even on a weekday. I spent couple of hours shopping for Christmas gifts and ate some dim sum. The food was ok, not very fresh, a bit pricey. I mostly enjoyed shopping for jewelry, watch out for some overseas vendors. Price keep changing from store to store. Don’t be afraid to bargain. Have fun and Merry Christmas ??
