Came in for a walk in at 10, we waited for them to tell everyone in the lobby at 11:30 they aren't taking any walk ins. There was about 13 people waiting way longer than us, very not professional and wasting peoples time that have been there since opening. Atleast have a sign that says they stop taking walking ins at a specific time, or let the people know that are waiting they won't be seen.

Great experience! I got lab requests printed out from my doctor and I went to the website right away to check out available appointment times for the upcoming days. There were some that were available the same day, but I was required to fast for my tests. I ended up finding an appointment for the following week in the morning. I was able to input my insurance and personal information. Allow them to send you text notifications!! It makes things so much easier and faster! And after scheduling the appointment I was sent a confirmation text and also got a confirmation code. My appointment was at 8:10am and I got a reminder text at 7:00am that also had a link to check in once I got into the building. That being said, I got there at 8 am and that's when clicked the link in the text and I was automatically checked in and my name appeared on the tv screen. I ended up getting called back at 8:13. It was probably ten minutes in total. My phlebotomist was really nice :) she looked at my lab requests and put them in the computer and verified my insurance and payment. After that she sat me down and drew my blood. I guess I went pale or looked scared because she held my arm and I asked if I was okay lol. *Note*** don't stare at the blood going into the tube cuz it's a lil gross haha*** after that she bandaged me and that was that! TL;DR Make an appointment! Get there early, check in on your phone if possible or check in at the kiosk....

The most unprofessional location I have ever been to. The ladies were rude and even told us (who were waiting on stand by in the lobby) that they would call no one after 11:00 as they have families too and wanted to be home with them. Please don't take a job like this if you are going to talk to others that way and also don't accept walk-ins on Saturday's if you are going to make them sit there for four hours and then tell them make an appointment and come back another day. Who does that? Terrible service.

Scheduled a lab draw here because they are supposed to be open on Saturdays. Granted, I arrived about 10 min late due to a personal emergency, but they also locked their doors 10 min early. Now I have to reschedule for a weekday anyway. Go to the Quest on Warner if you can.

Got my Blood work done and Tapia was awesome. She answered a few questions for me and gave me some great advice. I also love how they have the waiting list on the screen. I was called right on time. Book an appt people. Don't just walk in.

I got my blood work done by Ivy and she was the best. I've had traumatic experiences of getting my blood drawn at other hospitals and clinics; now I finally have a good experience at Quest Diagnostics because of Ivy. She knew what to say to calm me down and as well distracting me while drawing my blood. Thank you Ivy!

I want to give it negative stars. I don't have an appointment today. I arrived at 8:15 am and waited until 12 noon. at closing time brought out a stack of paperwork asking me to fill out an appointment for another day. If you don't accept walk-ins, say no from the beginning. I had to wait nearly 4 hours without eating or drinking anything and not being able to use the restroom. At closing time, I still couldn't get a blood test and had to wait for another appointment. Q Quest is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

They focus more on making sure you pay them even if you have insurance then actually drawing your blood. At my appointment this morning, I was denied service because there was a $15 co pay that was current and outstanding and so they refused to provide me with service. My blood draws are important as I am falling into renal failure. Do not use this location! Terrible service and terrible care for patients.

DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve been to a lot of Quest around the area and this is by far THE WORST! I had an appointment at 940 and wasn’t called until 1030. When I finally got called back the worker didn’t even know how to do my test and I had to wait even longer for her to go ask someone. I’ve never had such terrible service. Steer clear of this place. I also noticed they had at least 5 people scheduled for appointmentss at 940. Then the front desk lady disappears for 25 minutes. Just help yourself and go somewhere else

the only good thing about this place is that they got my appointments at time, but one of the staff was just rude even though I wasn't doing anything. I was just signing paperwork, but the staff member was like "you're 18, you can do your own papers now" in a rude tone throughout my appointment, like I'm aware that I'm an adult now, but I didn't deserve to get this attitude just because I just turned 18. Although my appointment was quick for 15 minutes, I wish I didn't get any attitude and was treated normally without any unnecessary comments about my age.

CANT EVEN TALK TO A REAL PERSON! I called multiple times and went through multiple options over the phone to talk to someone and every time it needed with Quest ending my call. What kind of patient service is that???? NONE of the prompts answers my questions and online either!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The horrendous phone automated service sent me to this quest and they don't even do drug screening. I spent $30 on Ubers just to get here. I am extremely disappointed. Also there is no one at the front desk to help you. I was sitting there at the stupid kiosk forever trying to get someone's attention to see why the kiosk said it didn't do the test here. Ridiculous.
