I went in to buy only shoes but Cashier Joseph seemed desperate and too pushy to sell extras that I didn’t need. Redwing needs to stop enforcing sell quotas to their employees.

If your are Hispanic do not go to that store I walked in to the store guy did not help me at all no info on what I needed rude unfriendly but as soon as some American (white) clients walked in he changed and start helping them out and completely ignored me I end up walking out definitely not recommend if you are Hispanic this was today Sunday 9-21-25 around 3:40pm

I needed work boots, and I received excellent service and excellent, quality boots that meet my needs. I've had them for over a year now and they're just as solid as the day I bought them.
I brought my spouse to get new work boots from here as well. They were concerned about feeling pressured to buy or not finding something that'd work for them. But they found something that worked perfectly very quickly and easily, and didn't feel pressured to buy immediately either.
Still excellent service over a year later.

I came into the store looking for some workboots, as a woman with a small foot I was weary of not having many options, though the store didn’t have any try on options, Juan scanned my feet to figure out my size and looked for stores that carried my size. I appreciated the effort he took to find me my boots all the way from Colorado! Thanks, Juan!

I called today for help to buy some boots, I asked if they had boots on sale, because I received the corporate email saying there was a sale going through Nov. 23rd. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if there was in fact a sale, specifically for women, he mentioned they have a few on sale, I asked of he could tell me which models were on sale, and he says to come and look for myself. What a terrible way to represent the brand. I know the owner of this location would not have given this type of service, him and his son must have not been around when he decided to say that. I hope they train him correctly. They are losing out on sales because of this guy.
