Got there at 5:58 pmStore closed at 6:00pmJust landed a job and was in need of some good boots for work heard lots of good things about red wings. Willing to buy anything with comfort doesn't matter what the price is. Store clerk or some ghetto guy that works there tell me they're closed. Everyone recommended red wings boot for work. I said look else where. Or go to a different red wing store. Don't go to the store in Westminster. Not sure if they trying to closed the store so they can go home asap. If a store say they closed at 6pm honer that hours.I understand Everyone wants to go home but closing 2 minutes early makes a difference wouldn't you think?

Customer service is going down. The past 5 years. Bought my first pair in 2007 and another this year. The difference between bringing my boots in to be cleaned is 100% noticeable. 07 boots were unlaced, scrubbed clean then treated. New 2015 boot; not unlaced, tongue is still covered in dust and dirt. Stitching all over the boot is still dirty and along the sole. Very unhappy... Usually wait about 5-10 minutes to get them back, this time I got them back in about 30 seconds. I'll have to buy my own saddle soap and clean the boots at home.

Staff was super helpful, I've been a redwing customer since 2003. It was nice to visit the store again and touch and feel all the new options rather than an online purchase. Stoked on the 3190 slip on boots! Some people have sizing issues, gets loose after break in etc. , if this happens add the insert & you're dialed. Yes , I'll be going back to shop again @ this location.

Awhile back I stopped by this Red Wing store and explained that I needed a pair of steel toed shoes, size 13, for work and I have to walk a lot. The salesman brought out one pair of shoes from the back, I tried 'em on, they fit, seemed comfortable and looked fantastic. ... Now after wearing 'em for a couple months I can say that these are the best work shoes I've ever owned, super comfortable, the topside is made of a breathable mesh material and the tongue and heel both have a tab for the ease of getting 'em on. ... I do not endorse, recommend or give reviews but when a pair of shoes changes my life and bring joy, I feel I just have to.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. All the employees were very professional and polite. The store was clean and very organized.

They will completely ignore you if you're a woman. I came in with my husband, 5 years in a row and I'm still ignored. My husband got on a foot machine, they measured his feet and they found out what kind of shoe would be best for him. And me... nothing at all. Total discrimination!

Today is the worst nastiest discriminated customer service I have ever seen. Me and my wife come in for just a shoe clean up since she needed for her work. Waiting for almost 2 f*ng hours as no one even bats the eyes to ask what she needed. After almost 2 hours, all she got for waiting is that "We thought u just like us so u just sit there. We were so confused." Like wtf? You guys being fkin serious???? Don't you have any common sense by treating customer like that? This is such an embarrassing service for a brand like this. Never come to this garbage store again.

In late December, I made a purchase of a pair of boots that I had high expectations for. Unfortunately, come March, I noticed that one of the boots had already begun to show signs of wear and tear, such as loosening and fraying stitching along with the fabric. Disappointingly, when I sought assistance from the staff, their explanation was less than satisfactory, as they suggested that such occurrences were a normal part of wear and tear. Although they offered to repair the boot, they could not guarantee its structural integrity going forward. Given the substantial cost of $300 for this pair of boots, I am left to question whether this was a worthwhile investment of my time and resources, considering the boots only lasted three months.

Non existent customer service. Sales guy was pointing to the shoe wall as an answer to every question. I know I'm in a shoe store. You don't need to point at the shoe wall.

Good customer service. Had my 877 boots sent out for re-sole here. No issue. The turn around time was slow but they let me know before hand.

Very disappointed. I parked at the far end. I saw a guy with a Redwing shirt. I asked him where the store was. He looked at me and kept walking. I found it at the far end of the parking lot. Walked inside. It's a nice store. The associate was with another customer. I walked around for 5 min. Found a few things I was interested. Not a word. I guess he didn't see me? Oh well. I'll go to the Redwing store I usually go to.

I was very appreciative and impressed with how the store manager went out of his way to get my husbands shoes delivered to his store from another store as they are now discontinued. I work in customer service and can recognize great customer service when I receive it. Thanks
