Located at Westminter Mall, have 2 levels, and a lot of inventory, I found some good random toys at the clearance section, also it got random rare collectibles last time I checked, but the second time I visited, they didn't have much left, a lot of stuffs were abandoned for a while, and needed to be on clearance, it's huge but not a lot of foot traffic for some reasons especially when it gets closer to holidays

Used to shop weekly at Target The past year it is banned from my household Now I am speaking on several locations including thier south San Francisco store that violated Americans with disabilities act when I sufferd major knee pain and could not walk far . It was during business hours and they lock the entrance I can in , leaving me with no assistance to walk around the building and climb 4 sets of stairs carrying products It is clear Target no longer values it's customer other than thier moneyLocking up small products like shampoo and underwear. Do you know how much time it takes to have a team member helpThere are additional reasons , but for the sake of this review No more purchases from target unless thier is no other option. Thank goodness thier are options

Good section of things combined and nice to organize. I wish they can do better on returns. At least plenty of nice parking even pick up too.

At least there was a good selection of bubble bath at toiletries. I was here looking for coverups for swimming class, but there are no children's bathrobes. If you wanted me to buy on impulse, the seasonal s'mores roaster endcap should have had chocolate bars as well as graham crackers on the shelf in addition to the jet puffed marshmallows! Solicitations for AT&T phone and Internet at the children's section (stop asking me if I know how much my bills are). Upper level was self-checkout only.

Placed an order for grocery pickup at 5pm. Came to pick up my items at 8:50pm. It was NOT busy in the pickup areas. There was only myself and one other car in the pickup area. Waited for 10 mins. Finally the girl comes out to drop off the items... she states "I can't give you your truly because it's 9:02pm and I can't give you alcohol after 9pm"Nowhere online or in any notifications does it say to be there X minutes early in case they take forever to come out to your car. I told her I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and was here in time. She said "we're understaffed."Disappointed, I called the next day and spoke to guest services to find out if I did something wrong... did I miss a memo?... or is there a staffing issue or a process issue? The girl who answered the phone didn't introduce herself, sounded annoyed, wouldn't tell me her name, wouldn't tell me the name of the manager and said there's nobody I can transfer you to but you can call guest relations. I called quest relations and relayed what just happened... they said they should introduce themselves so you know who you're taking to and relay the name of the manager. They also stated if you would like to speak to a manager then call the store. ???Getting sent in circles. Poor experience all around. Please improve your communication with your customers and save us from wasting a trip to your store.

They're pretty quick when call in. Really love how convenience this pharmacy is--locate right at the door. No need to go through the whole store like Brookshurst Target CVS or Chapman

Tesla supercharger on-site. This is is my go to store for everything, even groceries. Surprising some of the prices were cheaper than Amazon Fresh and cheaper then some of the grocery stores nearby. It's connected to the Westminster mall and Starbucks inside so it's your one stop shop kind of place. I charge my car at least twice a week so I come in and pick stuff up. Lines are never long and cashiers have been nice. Store has been generally clean and well stocked but the bathrooms are always dirty.

Super bad service Won't allow for an exchange that was purchased from them and they were able to pull the receipt off the credit card. Their excuse is it was purchased over a month ago while we were only trying to exchange not return. Maria is very rude and unprofessional.

Not a bad store but the parking situation is nuts. Stay out of the garage if you can. Spent more time trying to get out than I did shopping. So many cars!

Bought a breast pump but it did not work well. I returned it next day but they said open items can't be returned. Will not come to this location again

It's an ok Target location. I shop here at least once a week and I have to say how disappointed I am with the plant-based options. Very, very few options. The frozen section was downsized semi-recently but even before that, the options were slim. I'd like to see more vegan options in future. P.S. Bruce is the coolest cashier. Very nice man.

I'd just like to say Thank you Very much for your help Jose. Excellent Customer Service Very Helpful and courteous . Usually we can't ever find help inside target. I'm very thankful for his help. He even went out of his way to search for a specific item for us. Please recognize this young man for doing his job

I had a return and went to the Westminster Mall Target. Waited for over five minutes to get help as they were focused only on online pickup orders. Finally, when somebody came she was rude and abrupt. I had four items to return. After the Target employee rang up the first item, she literally through it over her shoulder and onto the floor. Mind you, these were baby clothes. I was shocked and dismayed as she proceeded to again throw the next three items over her shoulder and on the floor!! There was no cart or bin. Seriously, the floor!! After she completed the transaction I asked for her name. She proudly said MARY and I am the store manager! I can't believe that a store manager representing a huge company would be so unprofessional. I hope MARY and her district manager reads this review so this doesn't happen again.
