Don't ever try to add Starbucks to your drive up order unless you want to wait 45 minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes, I told them to just cancel the Starbucks order so I can get out of here. It was supposed to be more convenient, it was literally the exact opposite of convenient, super irritated. Next, and definitely the worst, my order of about 40 items, was missing 8 items. This place is embarrassing.

Store was absolutely empty, nobody was checking out at all. I went in with what I was guessing close to 10 items or less. Turned out to be 14 items, and was rudely confronted by an employee (older Asian women) to not use self checkout if I have more than 10 items. Called the store 3 times and nobody answered the store. Crazy how they have plenty of employees standing around doing nothing, can't answer the phones, but plenty of time to harass and yell at paying customers.

Okay, but definitely needs a lot of work. The place is fairly clean, but they don't have a lot of product. Some of the shelves were only 40% full so it was kind of difficult to find certain items. Depending on the department and section of the store, they have a decent selection of items. Like all Targets, the prices are set and pretty standard. We didn't interact with any employees, but the worker who rang our items was quick and efficient. Not the best, but also not the worst.

A vietnamese female employee (possibly in her 50's to 60's) scolded and yelled at my mother that she can't purchase 6 bags of potato chips at the self-checkout. My mother who is not fluent in English became upset after the vietnamese female employee was pointing her finger at her cart with a disgusted face. What gives her the authority to police my mother about buying 6 bags of chips? Is this racial discrimination or straight up bullying? I will be planning to report to HR about this employee so she can get reprimanded for her disgusting bullying behavior. Thanks Westminster!

I went shopping a couple of days ago and when I scanned my discount for a ginger bread house it didn't go through, I went to customer service desk and Andrew helped me with no problem and he was super helpful and quick

I’m not sure if target is running a legit business or a scam. A $1 bag fee (that’s 10 bags) is added to every order even if I only have one small item in the order. And I refused bags at pickup every time but bag fee is never completely removed; there is always a 10 cent for 1 bag left on every order. Is that your scam to help increase your income? Scamming your customers 10 cents at a time? Out of 100 million online orders that’s an extra $10,000,000 going to your bottom line right?

Always an issue with missing or discontinued items, many sections have no one to answer any question, shelves not well stocked,needs new ideas, maybe major changes to keep up with shoppers.

Just the worst. They use the be better than Walmart in customer service, now they don't even answer their phones in the departments
