Rudest customer service ever. I did not get his name but middle eastern looking guy. Completely disrespectful and lack of patience. He won’t let you talk and acts very sarcastic.

There is no replacement for excellence in customer service. You can’t automate the personal touch a service professional provides with a smile, explaining the details which can’t be found on a website, or the patience in answering questions. Nicholas at the Westminster U-Haul location is the epitome of customer service. His gracious nature is authentic . Nicholas took the time to explain the fine details of my rental and helped me tremendously. Thank you Nick for being an example to all other service professionals. Nick needs to be able to share his years of experience with other employees so customers like myself return to U-Haul. See you soon Nick for my next rental.

I reserved an open 9ft. Trailer by phone. When I got there to pick it up, they asked if I have a 2" ball. I said that when I reserved I was not told that the hitch needed for that particular trailer was not included and now I'm told that they don't rent them....that if I want to rent the trailer I will have to BUY a hitch that I would use ONE TIME??????? I asked to speak with the supervisor and he repeated what the cashier said. They don't rent them, sorry. I will never rent anything from them and I will tell all my friends and family not to as well.
