I never make reviews on any business but this guy Aaron Hsieh should definitely not be working on any kind of customer service related job he's very disrespectful and arrogant my father's businesses has a corporate account with uhaul and if he is still there this would be a indefinitely a cancelation .

I enjoyed the professionalism at this U-Haul location. It was last minute and I made my reservations 5 minutes prior to arriving. It took less than 4 minutes to receive the rental truck. Overall, fast service, i received a very clean brand new vehicle, and I saved so much money renting from U-Haul.

Truck drove great fully loaded and towing another vehicle on a trailer. Aaron and his associate (think it was Dave) were both very helpful (they even had the truck warmed up and ready to go when we got there!)

Tried charging for extra miles and fuel. And then tried saying they would honor a "change in the system" but couldn't print new paperwork to reflect the changes.
