Wow this guys here is so rude! I ask questions and he just simple says I don’t know I ask for talk with someone else and he responds is only me here and is gonna be me every day! Are you serious??? 😠I really wish they would take into account who they hire.

Staff was rude! Told us to bring our packages to another post office because now she has to work “overtime”! I’m sorry that’s your job! Shouldn’t be working there if you are not willing to help your customers! Rude!

The lady at the front counter was incredibly rude and just walked away from me for asking a simple question. I am making lots of phone calls today to complain.

They close for lunch now apparently from 12:30-2pm. Very inconvenient. They only put the sign up when it’s closed which doesn’t help. Update your posted hours so it’s clear to everyone and don’t waste people’s time.

This location is only available for one post office clerk working in the front. Uncommunicative with greetings and lack of appreciation towards the customers. He or she taking their own time slow-moving by killing time for their 8-hour shift. Their big paycheck is coming from hard-working people who are paid taxes. I wish all the services in the post office were served by ROBOTS and Kiosk machines. Save the government money

If I can give less than one star I will give a 0 or a negative number . The guy working there is just a liar he insisted for a rule that doesn’t exist in the USPS website and in the email they sent to me EVEN THE PERSON I CALLED AT USPS TO REPORT HIM CONFIRMED THIS RULE DOESNT EXIST. HE JUST LIKES TO MAKE PEOPLE MISERABLE I GUESS . THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM

The guy running the passport application is a dirty rat. He is a liar. Next time I am make sure to record the staff at the post office with video camera . He told me my Application needed to be in capital letters!!! . I made a complain online and he said he never said that! What a liar !!!! One of these days you might get the wrong one for being a liar. I l hardly leave negative reviews till now . Don’t go here . Try to find a post office with nicer and friendlier staff that want to work
