I made a passport appoitnment at 12:45 and arrived at 12:40 and waited for 45 minutes. my name was never called. I tried talking to them but, they wouldn't even met me talk and explain what happened. Terrible service. completely ruined my day. thanks a lot

This post office is so stupid. Why even have it if you can't drop off online pre paid packages? Literally so ignorant. And the employees are very rude about it. DONT GO HERE

I came to drop off some packages. I did not know the station does not accept online drop off since I just dropped off some packages jus a week ago at the same station. I walked in and spoke to Hector. The moment I said I have some packages to drop off with usps labels, he already put on attitude. He said "We don't accept packages". I was not sure I heard him right, I said "but I just dropped some packages off only a week ago and you never said that. The only thing difference is last time I had to buy some boxes and tape and this time I brought my own boxes". He rolled his eyes and started raising his voice, pointed out to the sign and told me to read it myself. He was unprofessional and rude. He can just explain to me that the station is small and don't have enough employees to received packages. Instead, he left me with unanswered question and started chit chatting with other employees. When I asked is that how you treat your customers, he stared at me with a awful attitude and challenged me to file a complaint to a post masters and he can guarantee I cannot do anything to him. I was offended and terribly angry and sad. I have no idea they don't accept packages since I already did a week ago, all they can do is telling me their reason or policy, I would understand and no harm was done. I have never treated like this with usps before. I should have checked yelp before coming. No wonder all they have are mostly complaints with 1 star review. One star is already overrated for them. I wonder is it because this time I bring in my own boxes so they can treat me differently? Or is that how usps trained their behind counter clerks? Do not come here.

First of all they’re super rude. Not even once in a while but literally EVERYTIME i’m there. Most importantly they don’t take drop offs!

I sent one package to Florida on 08/05/2021, paid $21 for shipping, expected in 2 days to 4 days for delivery. After 4 days I called them want to know where is my package now ,?they answer do not see the tracking of my package, and wait for them making an investigation. Finally they just say apology and sent my package back to my house in bad condition (food in the package )after in10 days sent around from CA to Florida, while it’s nothing wrong at Receiver address in Florida . They didn’t talked about until I call to Care Center ask them why they didn’t delivery my package, and just say apologize what happened with my package, they didn’t talk about my refund and compensation for my damaged package I am very surprised what post office treat to customers like that, and I think how can they survive with no professional staffs , bad service and work without responsibility. I just want to share what post office treated to me and every one should not do business with them !

Worst place to go....they don't take online packages? Omg!!!! Then what in the world do u do???? SMDH!!!! The guy said they don't have the man power to scan online items!!!! I am just baffled the stupidity of this???? Then what is your purpose ????

Don't go here, it's dirty & smelly & they overcharged. The employees are rude. And I wouldn't trust them with your packages.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR TIME. VERY SLOW WORKING EMPLOYEES! It takes them between 15 to 30 minutes to help out each customer. It's either the staff has no clue what they are doing or they just like to work very slowly. Often times there are only 1 employee working behind the counter and the rest are on break or hiding. If you are reading this USPS Corporate please do an audit at this location ASAP! I will not come back here again.
