I am a disabled Vietnam vet. I have a wheelchair a special cane and a walker. Today 01/27/2024 Saturday at Walmart I needed to P/U some shelving. I was using my walker and special cane to complete the task. Believe me if you've never been confined to a wheelchair or walker you can't appreciate how difficult it is to do anything. After I made my purchase I exited thru the gardening exit. I had parked in a parking lot that doesn't seem to get much use I loaded up my shelving and drove home. As soon as I parked my car and started to unload my purchases I noticed my special cane was missing. I began a frantic search in my car for it and finally realized I had left it in the parking lot at Walmart, the lot where nobody parks. I immediatly called Walmart security explained my situation leaving my name and phone number, I said Thank you and hung up resiging myself to the fact that my cane was gone. I was thinking that a homeless person probably found it and I hoped he at least got a good price for it when he sold it. Remember I said it was a "special" cane. About an hour later my phone rang, it was security and they had my cane. I'm going to pick it up now. I don't know any details but I want to thank security for recovering my cane and calling me ASAP. Went to get my truck and oil change. And I waited for o er 3 hours, so I went to check if it was done and the lady at the counter said it wasn't and went to check why. The reason was they couldn't get the oil filter off. I can respect that but the part that didn't sit well was I didn't even get a call to let me know they couldn't do it. You wasted my time wal-mart my time is worth something as well. Don't recommend this place to get any auto repair done. If I could give a negative star I would.

Verbally attacked by not 1 not 2 but 4 store employees over a question about a damn toaster! Christina, Cam and Casey working at 6pm on Friday 12/29/23 should not be working around people. However Adrianna is absolutely amazing, professional and should be the manager. I will never return to this store after being treated the way I did and will be calling Robert the store manager tomorrow to talk to him about the situation and requesting action against the 4 employees that were verbally abusive and unprofessional and also praise Adrianna for being professional and kind.

I was Christmas shopping last week at Walmart (Trask/Beach Blvd) and found a great Ramen bowl gift pack to give to friends. Noticed that there were only 2 left on the shelf and wanted to buy at least 10 more. When I asked 2 store employees (Tiffany and another gentlemen named ___________ Sorry forgot is name - See attached Pic of them holding the gift packs for me) they both went out of their way and chased after me at the other end of the Walmart store to notify me that they had found a large inventory of the Ramen Bowl gift pack. In the end I bought all 10 of them. Thanks to both of them for being so genuine and helpful knowing how busy both were during the Christmas season shopping rush. Keep up the excellent work!

Took my car for an oil change and patiently waiting in the room in lube and tire. My car is up next to pull in for the oil change and I saw one of the employee reversed my car and pulled another car in front of mine. This is not right. The auto care center manager need to have a talk with their employees

Very rude the manager Jennifer and Daniel told me to go home if I can't wait for the order. I did call in and complain about this to the higher management.

The Auto Center is soooo bad. I bought some tries and booked an appointment for 9-10, two weeks beforehand. I showed up on time and had my online order number. I was greeted and everything was going as planned. The only problem was there wasn't an appointment area. So I had to wait for my car to be serviced even with an appointment. They also told me that my ordered was never received and I had to show them that it was and I had proof. The man went back and came to tell me they had found them but at this point it was already 9:47. Then he yells to the mechanics to let them know I had an appointment. I thought maybe I would be priority especially since I had an appointment but no. He proceeded to attend to the cars ahead of me with no appointment. I tried to make the best of my time and shop at Walmart but it was not ready after 2 hours( the man that greeted me said it would take no longer than 1hour and a half). I asked for an estimated time to a young guy named DJ and was answered with rude customer service. Keep in mind I had not even complained before this so I was pissed as to why I was treated in that way (I was not the only one he was speaking to like that) . He never gave me an answer so I peeped out and saw the mechanics all talking and standing around and they got to work bc one of them knew I had been waiting for a LONG TIME. It was just tire installations. That's all. I finally got my car past 12:30. Almost 4 hours later. Never coming back. Hope you guys talk to DJ in Auto center.

The customer service is not good. This lady that worked there did not sound like she knew what she was talking about at all. She gave me false information because the location she was talking about did not even exist when I searched it up on google maps.

Came here on Friday afternoon for curbside pickup. Probably one of my best experience for curbside pickup. There were a few open spots in front of store. I was trying to figure out how to check in on the phone, when one of the staff came by and helped me out. He said I didn't need to and that he can just check me in, since it was a warm day, he even offer me some water or Gatorade which I got a Lemon Lime Gatorade. After about 5 minutes another staff came out with my stuff and gave it to me. The staff even gave me a thank you with candy to go. Absolutely great customer service from Walmart employee, thanks Jose C.

Only because I have to leave a star to leave a review. What the )$&@! People don't have time or either trained to scan their own items, and when scan an item that is lower in sale price the employees give dirty looks or even mumble rudely at you! Get your )$&@ together! Open the registers with real people that are trained to scan, etc., and seriously I believe that the HR department needs to retrain people in customer service and hospitality. Not too much to ask for, is it?

Worst fucking place does not take apple pay will never come back and thanks a lot to the cashier who told me to get out if I didn't have money but I just forgot to bring my wallet.

The automotive department manager Justin, is an asset to the Westminster store and good for the company. Through his professionalism and customer service skills he was able to turn around a negative situation. He took exceptional care of my car and so expeditiously too -- I know he personally did the work because there was a cell phone on the drivers seat floor, upon returning it he said it was his. Grateful for his service!

My 93 year old grandma was robbed in the parking lot in broad daylight. No one will answer any calls regarding security cameras even though they have them. Absolutely unsafe location. No one is helpful. Do NOT go here.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. AUTOMOTIVE DEPT. sucks!! Store Management or Automotive Management doesn't know how to run their departments. Bought tires and they wouldn't install them because they claimed my appointment wasn't on their 'screen' I have my receipt to prove it said 'installation' and the guy said his last appointment was at 3 and he kept repeating it. So, that meant he was a LAZY FCK and wasn't going to install them. Store manager 'on duty for the day' 7/19 She didn't know anything! Inept and stupid saying 'Uh, let me check' and 'I don't know' in the end, she didn't know anything but trying to dispute the facts, even though my proof was on my receipt Their messed up! Left me hanging with my tires and they were quick to dismiss me, no help at all! I even had to put my tires in my truck by myself- & I have a medical condition!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I rather give a local tire shop my business for installation & I bet they'll do a way better job than Walmart.

I don't know why this Walmart exist is so bad. The workers don't want to help you at all they rather walk around and ignore customers, never again will I stop here.
