10437 Whittier Blvd, Whittier, CA 90606 The owner Asian woman would not honor the " Special' for the day. $2 for a large coffee n donut. I showed her app from my phone n she refused to honor price. Plus she never has any donuts and clamied she couldnt gv me the promo because she was out of donuts! Place always dirty and Service is horrible. Due to its proximity 2 freeway residents dont have a choice. These owners should be held to higher standards. At least have secret shoppers to catch them when they dont care about customers or service. Never coming again to this 711. Ratber drive 3miles further .

Wow I don't think I've seen a 7/11 this dirty before. It's not like it was busy. Pretty gross I had to walk out and not get the coffee which is all I went in for. I just went over across the street to Yum Yum donuts which was super clean

Bro... I poured some bunk horchata into a big gulp cup and it looked weird so I shipped it and tasted messed up. Dumped it out and threw away cup into trash... A worker pulled it out of the trash and put it back in the cup stack! Foul

What's wrong with this guy's closing the 7elevens when they are mopping??This guy was mopping he could hear me knocking on the door, but he didn't care. I guess it was more important to mop instead of making money, huh? Now a days that's what they do at nights they close whenever they want. It supposed to be 24/7!!!!

So sad disrespectful this is not the first time this has happened it happened to other lady’s trying to buy with ebt with there little kids and the fat guy with glasses that normally works with the old bald man he makes super bad comments about peo with ebt and he acts all annoyed I felt so bad for the lady he’s soo rude I been coming here for years all my family all the raza and for this young man to be like this un believable that chunky guy with glasses is horrible works there afternoons with the old bald guy and when I approach him he said he did not say anything so rude so un professional the manager is great but sad he has that young man with glasses shaming his paying customers

Extremely rude staff! I will never purchase from 711 ever again!!! I wanted to purchase mega million lottery tickets this was my first time getting tickets. I was going to pay with my credit card. He prints the tickets scans my protein bar suddenly the Indian guy says "no you can't use credit card you need debit or cash for lotto ticket!"I told him I don't have cash I only have my credit card with me I told him that I didn't want it anymore. He proceeds to demand that I pay for the lotto tickets with cash. He said I couldn't leave till I pay for lotto. This crazy unhappy Indian dude was treating me like a criminal. Embarrassing me in front of everyone. It was getting late and I needed to go home from work and this guy had me trapped in this store. He held me for an hour arguing with me to pay. Finally a kind gentleman asked what's going on? And offered to pay sigh! If it wasn't for that kind man I would probably be there all night. Awful employees

I HAVE ENJOYED 7-11 SINCE MY TEENAGE YEARS PLUS THEY HAVE NICE INDONESIAN CASHIERS WHO HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COURTEOUS AND HAVE NEVER DENIED OR CHARGED ME TO HEAT UP ANY FOOD WHEN USING THEIR MICROWAVE..... I THINK THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO SHOP THERE AND STOP DURING LUNCHTIMES WHILE WORKING ON THEIR BREAK TIMES.
