To start off this review my name is Destiny Rivera. I’ve been working very closely with Abigail/abby. When I first met Abby, she has been phenomenal that is an understatement. She has been more than attentive from day one constantly giving us updates constantly giving us reassurance of the steps that we need to complete if things were missing she was on top of it in a very timely matter I loved how she always had a sense of urgency from start to finish she never delayed, which I really really appreciate because along the steps we had a lot of questions and she was always readily available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Abby I have recommended her to quite a bit of my friends that are looking to purchase, hopefully soon . If I could give Abby 10 stars, I would give her 10 stars. She really deserves it. She does have a passion for what she does and I sensed that from her immediately when I spoke to her Abby, if I had a choice to buy another home I would choose To assist me in our next home purchase. Abby helped my husband and I through the process of applying for a home loan. She was very patient with us and helped address all of our various questions and concerns. Abby was very knowledgeable on a variety of topics and made the process of applying far more accessible and easier than if we had attempted to do it on our own. She was always quick to respond to our texts and emails and reminded us of what was needed/expected from us. I’m speechless I thought the process was going to be a nightmare. My wife and I are first time home buyer. Abby my Lender made it so easy for us during the process, it was intense during the pandemic and the housing market. And also because we are busy juggling life, family and work and on top ,searching for a new home for our family gets pretty intense because we all want perfection when it comes to family.
