I usually enjoy my pedis here and book with Silver, she is gentle and does a great job and listens to your ask! However i had work done by, i was told her name is Vivian, she was very rough, she left cuts around my toes and left gel on the edges of my skin. It seemed like she was upset that i didn't like the color she chose herself for me, did not ask if i liked it so i asked to do all white instead and from there it went downhill. I would express that she was hurting me and she continued to work roughly. I will never allow her to work on me again but I definitely recommend to ask for Silver for pedis. She does a great job!

Really bad service. Wendy in pedicures does what she wants I asked for an acrylic on my toe because it was broken and she said no because it will make your nail thin which I get but I’m the customer and I want what I ask for. I also asked for a design and she said she couldn’t do it. Dom is amazing at nails but he can’t stick to his appointments he is always like an hour late and takes like a billion breaks to go smoke. He also doesn’t go in order for walk ins he just chooses who he wants to work on. Not ran very well and they use the same tools on every client no sanitation.

Went here 9/1 with my niece for gel mani/pedi and left a bit disappointed because one of the older lady while in a hurry injured my finger filing my nail too deep in my skin. Was in throbbing pain the for days and it got infected. Also Not even a week and the gel polish around the cuticle is lifting getting stuck through my hair. My nieces gel nails already chipped off. For the amount of time and money spent here I should’ve gone to my usual place, my gel nails lasted way longer than under a week.

I went there one time and i loved the nails but I decided to go again and was the worst idea! Super overpriced got my nails done ($75 for this) left them unprofessionally done with powder and acrylic chunks under my nails and for my feet, i got an infection because they dont disinfect thier things and all supplies looks really used. I also took my friend and got FUNGUS on her NAILS!!?? (Beware that some workers have fungus on thier nails AS WELL!)?

Nails chipped the same day and chunks of gel polish came off. When I went the next day for a fix staff was rude and not welcoming. I kindly requested a diff color to avoid the issue and they said it was a $15 charge for another color but no charge if they polished my nails again the same color.

Every time I go to this place I'm never disappointed but if you don't speak up about the details or things you wanted fixed you'll be stuck with nails you don't like and this is the only nail salon that actually listens when I ask them to fix or add something it might be annoying to them but at the end of the day your the one leaving with work you paid for so don't be shy when it comes down to ask for something and they may be pretty pricy but would you rather pay $65-$80 for nice or messed up nails? That actually last you a long time I paid for acrylic nails that lasted me for more than a Month! No chips or lifting I recently started going to get my toes done to because I use to go somewhere else but they weren't the same as going here to get them done so I 100% recommend this place been going back for about a year or so

I want to say it took me giving them 3 chances before writing my review. I had an appointment at 11 which I had called beforehand to make. Once I get there they take care of my friend who had an appointment as well and told me I have 4 people in front of me. I was shocked as I said...I called to make an appointment ? They told me since they walked in before they will get served first. So they didn't honor their appointment with me, the last time they did the same exact thing and had me wait 30 minutes before getting seated. The first time was 45 minutes my friend was practically done with her nails by the time I was seated. I've been going here 3 years and even moved 30 minutes away but still make the drive over for my nails but not anymore. Today was horrible customer service, rude workers, and just a complete waste of time.

So after calling about 12 salons that turn me down Call I called Annie's, Which was about 6 miles away from where I was and she answered and said sure come in ! I was so happy so I flew there took me about 20 minutes and I got there it was HUGE. Like They must've took over the business next-door as well I'm talking both rooms had about 30 spa pedicure chairs and about no less than 30 Nail stations no lie , I was greeted with a huge smile and was seen right away introduced himself and got right to work, not to mention I had a set already that I just got done like three days prior so they were on there pretty good not once did he huff & puff or talk s*** in his language he just got a right to work and removed fairly quickly . I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted and then I just told him he can do whatever he wants like with the hombre style and so he was on it I didn't have to tell him to fix anything He asked me what shape I told him and he was super quick and spot on exactly how I want them actually for once better. I absolutely love them! I left super happy It's now Two days later and they are still perfect I will post a picture and not one stone has fallen. Definitely will come back and refer all of my friends. Thank you Dom, your the man! & Thanks to Annie's for taking me in so late. You Guys have a lifelong customer here! -ALISSA

Workers are RUDE. I made an appt for a full set and and soon as I entered, employees were talking sh*t because I wanted Gel-x and not acrylic. For 8 mins, I was passed around amongst different employees, moving from chair to chair while they spoke negatively not realizing I can understand. SO RUDE! I asked for gel-x almond shape but unfriendly tech said the " stiletto" was the almond while giving attitude and rolling his eyes. He was clearly annoyed with having to do my set. The energy was negative, and employees are rude so I LEFT and went to Topline nails. Best decision ever! I didn't mind paying $100+ for my full set when the employees are friendly and respectful. Never coming back here Even if u paid me.

I got a full set and pedicure. Initially they looked good but the pedicuring cut the sides of my toes and are now infected. Several of the gems fell off my nails 2 day in... DO NOT RECOMMEND
