  I took 2 iPads to be repaired then they closed and never answered the calls and every time I went it was closed, then after months they opened and I came back and they say they are new owners and they know nothing. I never got my tablets back.

  Came here about 3 weeks ago because the back panel of my Android S21 was coming off my phone. The adhesive had worn out I guess and there was gunk accumulating inside parts of my phone where there shouldn't be. It was even messing with my microphone
  
  I asked them if they could please address this issue. My main priority is to clean out any foreign debris, and then SEAL the phone. I asked them for a price and I was quoted $60
  
  I gave them my phone and was told to come back before 7 (closing)
  
  When I was given my phone back I immediately noticed that the back panel was exactly the same, I could rip it off easily and SURPRISE all the dirt and gunk was still inside my phone.
  
  I gave the woman a look ? and she noticed my dissapointment. Apparently someone was told it was just my microphone that needed repair?
  
  I was already charged $60 at this point so I politely asked them to please fix what I asked them to fix. The microphone was not primary or even a secondary issue.
  
  So adter waiting another 20 minutes, I receive my phone with tape on it and instructions to leave it on for 2 hours.
  
  I went to bed with it on just to be safe. After removing the tape and feeling that the back was secure, I assumed all was well
  
  Now 3 weeks later, my phone is exactly the same as it was before the repair. I asked another shop to take a look at it and they said the OLD adhesive wasn't even properly removed.
  
  So what did I pay $60 for exactly?
  
  If you value your time and your $ go somewhere else that will get it done right THE FIRST TIME

  Warning, this place has 2 locations.
  1) Apple Center on Whittier Blvd.
  2) iPhone Repair on Pioneer Blvd.
  So if you had bad service at one of their locations, you will certainly have a bad experience at the other.
  Horrible service, dropped off my phone 3 weeks ago at the Whittier location and was told it was going to be taken to the second store ( on Pioneer Blvd ) because they do specialty work there.
  Never got a call, I had to call them.
  After being fed up with the excuses and run around, talked to the lady there who attended me at first, all I got was excuses and was offered a full refund.
  Told her to keep the money, just put my phone back together.
  She told me to give them an hour so I did, it was never done.
  Apparently she never called the tech in the first place.
  All the bad reviews are true.
  Avoid like the plague.

  I have been to the Apple Center a few times and I'm always happy with their service.

  had my laptop for over a month and I was always the one calling and reaching out for updates. They never answered the phone and I had to just show up at the shop and get my laptop back. They also returned it with a loose 3rd party battery and not my original apple battery (sketchy). very poor service overall.

  I have been using the Apple Center for many years always with good results. I use an older model of iPhone that recently needed a new battery and a minor repair. There was an issue with the function of the phone after I got home. When I returned the phone to the shop the next day they apologized and serviced the phone. A part had cracked causing the problem. Repairs were done quickly and in a manner that demonstrated integrity. I will continue to us this shop and would recommend them to any in need of their services. Good people.

  Dropped off my computer for some technical issues I had to get my hard drive switched over to external hard drive Ruben worked on it got it fixed and all done within one day thanks to the new owner that took over this business humans back I’ll be back for any issues or any problems with my cell phone as well thank you

  Place I've always gone to had closed down so I had to Google a new one and this one came up as the closest. I'm so glad that it did because Eric was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and relatively quick. Apparently they've been there in the same location for 20 years or so and I didn't even know it. I'm really glad that I found them because I will now be using them again in the future.

  Thee absolutely worse phone repair, they will break your shit more than it was and charge you 3x the cost. With no refund of any sort.

  I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max that had a broken screen, talked to Jesus advised me on price and eta. Got it done faster than expected. Very satisfied with service phone works as expected no issues. What I really appreciate is the customer service. I was coughing and he offered me a water. He did not have to offer but he kindly did which to me that more valuable than price. I won't be going to another place but here incase I need any type of phone repair or computer repair. Thanks for the awesome customer service Jesus.

  probably the absolute worst experience i've ever had. ever. first of all, the place is disgusting. there's garbage everywhere, the floors are so coated in dirt i don't even know how this is legal. i left my laptop with them for a MONTH for them to not do any work on it, they kept saying that they would call me with updates but I was always the one who had to initiate any kind of contact to see when my computer would be repaired. when i finally canceled my order and decided to just pick my laptop up, they gave it back to me with scratched off sticker residue on it. please don't go here.
