Useless employees ! They opened two lines for me. I called customer service, they Couldn’t verify me, told me to go back to branch to verify who I am with an ID and they said they don’t do cancellations and they can’t do anything. So now I’m going to be charged for two lines and one line I don’t even have ! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure if it’s just this branch or the entire company. Useless and they are wasting my time!

Diego helped us save over $100 a month between our phone bill and the directv bill. He took the time to carefully answer all of our questions too. I really appreciate his informative and friendly manor with his customers. My family will definitely be coming back to him for our AT&T needs.
We also had Wilson hook up the new direct tv devices in our home. We were lucky enough to get the direct tv set up the day we went to the store. He was very friendly and respectful while entering our home. The whole process was really quick and we have no issues so far.

Came to this place a couple weeks ago and was pretty much turned away because the two staffers there didn't know anything about Samsung phones. Was told by one that they were "only Apple users here" making me feel like it's my fault for having a Samsung and said I should try the other store in La Habra. Did he forget that this is an AT&T store and not an Apple store and that the place he works at sells more than Apple products? It almost seemed like I irritated him because he actually had to work... (I was the only customer there from beginning to quick end). Do these employees even get any training at all?
Gone are the days when they actually had tech savvy people working at these places. Sigh.
I don't blame the store or location so much but the employees working at this location at the time. Do better in your hiring.
I've been to other locations where they at least pretended to care.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T STORE!!!!!! I’ve never felt so much negative energy in a place that should have impeccable customer service especially when it comes to customers that have recently switched from a carrier that we were happy with prior.
We got talked into switching at Target and that was a great experience but when we had questions about our bill and I needed help pairing my watch to my phone I thought going directly to the AT&T store would be the best option.
We walked in and didn’t get acknowledged that we were even there. The customers that were being helped looked so miserable. I could tell they weren’t happy.
The workers there looked even more miserable that they had to go to work on a Sunday. Another customer walked in and nobody said anything to him either. We all looked lost and confused as if we just walked into a twilight zone. Were we invisible? I’m really not sure but we refused to wait to have any of those associates help us.
So we went to the La Habra At&T store where we experienced impeccable customer service. TALK ABOUT NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! Thank GOD the La Habra store was able to save me from cancelling our new service with AT&T!! I was literally regretting leaving T-Mobile. But Bishoy and the staff from La Habra made up for the rudeness and unprofessionalism we experienced at the Whittier store. They really need to work on their customer service and bring in people that have a better attitude. It was the most awful experience.

I had a situation with my phone and I try to fix it and I also try to get a new phone when I arrive. It was this lady by the name Alondra very professional, route and nasty. I try to mention the situation with my phone she didn't even took the time to get into the system, and look who I was, it was something simple that I couldn't understand and she could've held me. She refused to help me and she mentioned to me that I didn't have no choice. ? She mentioned to me they're ignore whatever it says in the phone and I told her I can't ignore the I need to get up fix she said it either you ignored it or you deal with that with this nasty attitude zero customer service I tried to talk to the manager unfortunately, the manager was not there another guy which was on the same store and this is it was like around 1245 1 o'clock he say to me that the manager knows it was not there but he was his assistant and I told him that I want to get out complain. He handed to me a car would not name just the address of the store, which was very unprofessional,

Avoid this store at all cost. These people are crooks - looking at you Alejandra. She wouldn't let me buy a phone without adding NextUp, a device protection plan, and their "special accessories package" for an extra fee. I told them I merely wanted to purchase a phone, but she said "all phones are sold in a package." I asked to talk to someone else and the next guy said the same thing. They told me to "leave and go to the Apple Store if you aren't going to buy a phone here." Absolute scammers. I reported them to corporate and they informed me that they are a known problem store. Stay away.

Worst customer service! I Came in to upgrade my phone and add a new line, and this guy named Hector had the worst attitude, didn't want to help me, didn't give me any options, he even had the guts to tell if I had money to pay. Honestly someone needs to take action on these people. Zero 0 value to this store and had me now thinking to switch to another carrier.

I came in today and transferred from metro to AT&T. Alejandra helped me through the whole process not only was she helpful, she was amazing ,patient, and Knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were outstanding and the whole experience was fast, and she represented the store very well. Definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help when going to AT&T I’m whitewood. Thank you for your help

DO NOT GO HERE. Go to an AT&T corporate store. Employees here are scammers. They added NextUp option for me and others I know. Lied and said we had to sign up for the protection plan and to just cancel it after as well. The employees name is David H. My Account is a FIRST RESPONDER account as well, so they'll even scam Healthcare and Government employees. Corporate won't do anything about it, they'll just fix it, say sorry and employee gets away with it. All for commission. David H is a scammer. Anyone who reads this should double check their bill.

I have to give these guys 5 stars and more if could. They went above and beyond to help my hubby and I with out upgrades. Technology is not our best of knowledge. We are old school. They had the patience to go thru everything we needed to know regarding our phone. Came in again a week later regarding a new issue and still they took the time to clear everything up regarding our new device, Especially our costumer service representative Hector Fernandez. Thank you. You were awesome!
