Brought my car in to get fixed after getting keyed. They were able to make sure that everything was in good hands. By helping out with talking to insurance company and keeping me updated on my car and how it’s doing. They truly are the best at what they do. Not only do they help with cars getting keyed but also with auto collisions. Talk to Jesse, Leo and Auto they truly made everything easy.

If you enjoy making 16 calls over 4 months with zero callbacks, being left on hold for 20+ minutes, and no one telling you your rep left the company, this is the shop for you. After my truck’s tailgate was stolen, ACg accepted the repair but completely failed at communication. The front desk repeatedly promised updates and callbacks that never happened. Months later, I finally reached a new rep who admitted they were never informed of my calls, further compounding the delays.
The entire process took 4 months of constant frustration. On the final week, I brought the truck in Monday to finalize the payment and noticed Mercury still owed a balance. I asked if this would cause delays, and they assured me the tailgate would be done by Wednesday. Instead, I was met with excuse after excuse: “the dealership sent stripped bolts,” “the locksmith was late,” and finally, on Friday at 3 PM, “we need proof from insurance they sent payment, or we can’t release the vehicle.”
Despite this issue being known since Monday, I had to play phone tag between the shop and the insurance company. Ultimately, I had to obtain proof of payment myself and send it directly because the shop seemed incapable of checking their emails or communicating with their team. I didn’t get my truck back until 4:45 PM on Friday.
On top of that, my family missed camping trips, and we didn’t get our Christmas tree until right before the holiday because the shop took an additional week to install the tailgate after months of delays. This experience was beyond upsetting.

I had the best experience here! Jesse and Otto were great. I had so many questions and they were very patient with me. My insurance (State Farm) was no help and Otto had to be the one to give me updates! Above and beyond customer service from Jesse, Otto, and the receptionist! My car looks great again!

Took my honda c r v to auto collision group in whittier. Spoke with walter who provided excellent customer service. Explain the entire process to me from beginning to end. Definitely the place to go for all your collision repairs.

I walked in to ACG on August 31st ( Saturday) Jesse was extremely kind in coming in on a day they were closed to help me get my claim started and the drop off process started. Jesse would update me on the whole process and keep me up to date on what was going on. I received my car November 22 so the whole process took about 11-12 weeks or close to 3 months, in that time Jesse helped me get a loaner vehicle for a month, he immediately helped me get that vehicle once I requested it and gave me all the information I needed. In communicating I give them 5 stars and in the work they did as well the only thing I would have to knock them down a star for would be the time taken, but overall I do have to say the work they did on the car was phenomenal. Both Jesse and Juan Pablo would tell me that they wanted to return the car as if it came from the dealer and that they definitely delivered, I have never seen my car as clean and perfect as the day when ACG returned my vehicle. Both Juan Pablo and Jesse walked me through and explained every single process, issue, or general information on a weekly basis which i appreciate. one down side that did occur, was they misplaced my floor mats but even then they ended up compensating me immediately with a new set. I really appreciate all the hard work both Jesse, Juan Pablo, and everyone at ACG Whittier did to complete my car.

High recommend! Great service provided by Jesse and Leo. Everything was professional, and great customer service. They made it really quick and easy to provide me service on my vehicle, and provided me a rental the same day! Make sure you ask for Leo and Jesse!

This place overestimates the problem and they are clearly after your money. It’s not surprising. I have a tiny scratch on my door and they wanted to repaint the door for $1,500. The customer service is terrible and the guy clearly has a quota with no care in the world. Don’t come to this place if you want an honest work and good customer service.

My car, a 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross, was vandalized with red paint. I went to Auto Collision Group and they helped me make my car look like new, they work with kindness and above all with a lot of professionalism. I recommend them.

Went to ACG. Walter provided excellent service. My bad experience was turned into an awesome one. Walter was very detailed in explaining everything from start to finish . He even set the rental for me. Michelle was very kind too. Pleasant personality. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend ACG, ask for Walter, he is a great guy. ,👍🤩
