“We recently dealt with a nightmare scenario where a stray cat had passed away inside the hood of our car. With the California summer heat setting in, the situation quickly became unbearable. I called countless mechanics and detailers, but no one was willing to touch the vehicle until I found Transhine.
From the first call, Jesus did not hesitate to help. He squeezed us in for a same day Steam Engine cleaning. When we arrived, Bill was incredibly gracious, checking us in and keeping us informed throughout the two hour process. The team even went above and beyond by removing the engine pan to soak it overnight and later installing the replacement part we brought in.
They said it was one of the toughest cases they had handled, yet they remained professional and kind the entire time. It has been about ten days now, and the smell is finally gone.
