Fantastic! Went in for a battery. Tony came out and tested my battery. Told me the connectors were just not tight enough and that was my problem. Solved. Competent with integrity.

Great group of employees that helped me diagnose my check engine light, get the part shipped to the store the same day within 30 minutes and borrow a tool to swap out the piece. The best AutoZone I've ever been too!

I think that if you're going to be working here you definitely need to really like what you're doing so I think for the most part if you don't then that's not something that you would actually want to do which is work at a place that requires knowledge of cars so a lot of the people that work here I mean I would go on a limb and say that almost 90% of the people that work here know about cars plus they have a computer there to help you so at this location I've always been happy the wraps even the girls helped me out at 100%.

Called tonight because the battery in my dad’s truck went dead while I was at the hospital visiting him. Spoke with Christian, who ensured he had the battery I needed and told me to come on by after AAA gave me a jump. I went over, he tested it, agreed that I needed a new one, and had it swapped out in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Christian, you made a bad day turn around pretty quickly by being so great at your job. I love that AutoZone offers this service. Thanks, AutoZone and thank you, Christian!

It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but not at this AutoZone! Emily went above and beyond to help me when I went to figure out how to get a paint scratch out of my car. She was kind and helpful, and actually took the initiative to get the paint scratch out for me. I was not expecting that level of service. It totally made my day.

I went in and walked around for about 30 minutes. I knew what I needed but wasn’t sure what brand or exactly the product that would get my job done the best. I was greeted with a nice hello when I walked in. Perfect! Then nothing. Fail!!! No one else was in the store customer wise and there was 4 staff at the counter when I arrived. I picked out my tint after negotiating with myself for 20 minutes, got the air and cabin filters, and did the best I could for the car wax I was looking for after another 20 to 30 minutes. I was in the store for an extended period of time. I decided to pass on the floor mats and seat covers as I couldn’t figure out which ones and not one person offered any help or guidance. No one addressed me any further until I got to the counter for checkout. I asked the lady about the car wax and honestly got a half a$$ response but then said it’s one of the best on the market I think but I really don’t know for sure. What?!?!?!?! Are you cereal!!!!! Yes o said cereal and it is not a typo…It’s not often I want to be bothered or solicited in a store. Honestly I truly prefer not to be engaged at all. However, I feel like at the auto parts store and being a female this rule is null and void as assistance is 9 times out of 10 a necessity. I Won’t be coming back to this store. I am glad you had the other products I needed and I thank you for being open and at my service in that refused. I Just was hoping for it to be a little more personalized because I was so unsure of what to get with so many products options available.

After shopping amazon and oreiley auto parts, and getting nowhere... I felt more confused then when I started. Im not a car guy or mechanic so finding a knowledgeable person to guide me through the endless babble of parts numbers and names was paramount. Thats when I decided to try my local Autozone and luckily ran into Mayra. From the moment I was walked into the store she was friendly and attentive. She helped me find the right parts I needed to repair my sons car, and even went out of her way to help me alocate them to a store closer to his University in Nothern California. Mayra was very efficient in her approach and I definitelyrecommend you ask for her if youre looking for fast, friendly, and reliable customer service.
