As others have commented, tellers have zero customer service skills (I had "Michele") and keep people waiting with a single teller while others are sitting around pushing pencils. Looking to change to another bank as completely unacceptable.

Horrendous lines with few tellers. Unreasonable wait in line. Bank of America can surely do better!

Worst bank branch in human history (Whittier/Greenleaf) They literally lost our trust fund docs during a tech conversion. Also, they made my bed ridden mother come in person to sign docs to resolve the issue. She was crying the whole time. Lately, I log in every week to make sure transactions are correct. Guess what, they are not. They don't know how to cancel a recurring transfer. Therefore, funds go to an external account that doesn't exist and I have to spend extra time dealing with that each month. Went in person to resolve the issue and the (on loan) manager just placed me on the phone and put me in the wait cue. Once I got through, the clerk wouldn't give me her last name (not allowed). I've wasted 5 hours trying to remove a recurring transfer not to mention the lost trust fund and the crappy attitudes of their managers. BofA is a megabillian dollar institution funding war machines and investing in properties. They obviously have no interest in customer service. I only bank with them for my mom's convenience. Stay Away!!!!!!

Long line with only 2' tellers open when there are 4 teller windows available is not efficient and makes customers wait too long

I opened my bank account over a week and a half ago, still haven't received my debit card in the mail and they don't offer a temporary one! Called customer service and got hung up on. I haven't been able to use my hard earned money because I can't access it! Unbelievable.

What can i say. These people clothese their doors when they feel like it, myself & another customer got our cards eaten by the same ATM that had broken down a couple of weekw ago. I was told that it would be fixed & weeks later, it ate another customer's ATM card. The customer service is horrible. Please don't do your banking at this Bank of America. Chnage banks. I know I am.

This place steals their customers money and cars they have a scam with a towing company going if you get off and use atm they tow you're car away ! They have spotters in parking lot which is against the law and it a long walk to atm so by the time you get back you're car is gone and they charge me 400 dollars to get my car back and they damaged my vehicle I spoke to the branch manager Monica who didn't care about incident and has not gone above and beyond her duty as manager to serve her customer and has shown no concern to my incident do not come here and if you do I suggest you park in the street!

If I could give it a zero I will give it a zero this is the worst bank of America I've ever gone to in my life I don't blame the people working there because I think their hands are tied but upper management what is going on appointments are booked solid there's one teller inside they tell you to come back because he can't help you all I needed was to get a replacement part and they told me that their appointments are booked for three days so they're holding my money hostage and me not being able to do anything I've been with Bank of America since it was security Pacific and it's just paint for the first time ever I honestly think I will be changing my bank awful!!

It's truly unfortunate this branch is constantly short staffed. Those who have helped me have been amazing! They're constantly trying to speed up the line, but 2 tellers the hour before closing with a line out the door is unacceptable. There's 4 total bodies in the bank that are not helping customers & claim to have been instructed by management to perform other jobs. If that is the case, management or perhaps corporate need to get involved to allow the employees to provide better costumer service. With branch closures, your staff should never be short since there are people who would prefer to work than be laid off. Lines at this bank have gathered for years at this location, the reviews prove it, please do better for your employees and your customers Bank of America.

Tried cashing a check I have received through my school for the Student Care Act and the lack of help and automatically saying you need an account to cash the check. And quote "Also other Bank of Americans are doing the same on not accepting printed checks" well just saying the Bank of American in Santa Fe Springs off of Orr & Day said other wise and help me without any questions.

I NEVER walk into a branch but needed a large amount of cash. I understand there's a pandemic going on but don't lock the doors 5 minutes before closing and you already have shortened hours. You have no sanitized and cram your tellers in windows. Why bother having us stand 6 feet apart if you're just going to open teller windows next to each other. I had so much anxiety and your tellers didn't help wearing their mask on their chin. Do something BOFA! My hubby banks at wells and they have it together. Proper distancing with tellers, bankers and unlimited sanitizer!!!! I've been with y'all for 15 years but I'm so done!

Horrible line from counter outside! Don't be cheap; hire more people. Supposed to be less people waiting; do your part bofa
