Racist: Asked my husband "why are you using a bank so far from your home"? And was constantly questioning him. He had his card and ID and yet was still questioned. Is it cause he's black?

Bank of America advertised as having the most ATMs but now that they've shut down so many locations, what's the point in being with them? There's way better banks out there. Look at this! 5 ATMs but only ONE open on a busy weekend!

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! By far the Worst BUSINESS service EVER!!! This bank is extremely understaffed for the amount of traffic it drives. It never fails...business line is either not open or when it is, regular customers take president while you're stuck standing for an additional time listening to everyone's life struggles! One star is given, just for being open!

Horrible lines, who wants to stand in a line that's out the dorm or on a weekend? When you bring to the attention of staff they respond in a way of like oh well this is what it is. On my particular Saturday when I needed to visit the bank inside the line was literally out the door with only two teller windows open, but a number of the agents at the desk were open they had at least 5 of those open, why wouldn't they adjust the staff so that they can deal with the long lines instead of allowing customers, including elderly to wait in a line that is out the door?!? Horrible customer service.

This bank is horrible all the way around. I actually like Bank of America but it's this specific location in Santa Fe Springs that is horrible due to management. I will keep my account but will not return to the SFS branch ever again.

For all business owners , do not bank here Worst customer service ever and even though staff is just sitting around they will still say they are busy and make an appointment I am in leadership and Juan Calos Barrera is a disgrace. He should not be managing.

Wasted 30 minutes twice at their f***** up bank to get a cashier's check and still didn't get it.First time I was asked what kind of transaction I was doing, they could have told me at that point what I needed , so 30 minutes later I get rejected at the window, come back 30 minutes later and they now tell me their is a 15.00 chargeSo 1hour later, no luck !Time is money, a lil more info is a lot of help laterGo to different bank, their too stupid in this bank.

This place has no compassion for it customers who are senior citizens. Staff at this branch has seniors waiting in over90degree hot son. And can't answer their phones or let the in 10 minutes early

This is the slowest BoA! It took me 30 mins to even get any help from a teller. The line was very long and still just 1 window open--management needs to review how many tellers are available, especially on busy days like Mondays and Fridays

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Cashing a Bank of America check at their branch , and apparently they couldn't cash it because I'm not a customer. REALLY!!!! Exactly why I'm not a customer, their service sucks and and their branch manager (Susana Martinez) would benefit from customer service training!

Oh no! Nope! Don't even go here. Every check I deposit has been held over 2 weeks, since day 1. And I've banked with BofA for almost a year now. I have to go cash my check at Chase and deposit the cash every week. My debit card's chip broke and I needed a replacement, I had an address change and had told DIEGO the new address to send it to. It's been almost 4 weeks, no card. And today DIEGO refused to tell me where my card was sent and why money is missing from my account with nothing showing in my recent transactions. My money is just gone??? So now I have no card, no money, no explanation. So I called the branch to get in touch with the manager, but guess who keeps answering and hanging up on me....DIEGO! From 8:30am-now(3:50pm) I have been on hold with customer support. None of this sits right with me. FIRE DIEGO, UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND WONT PROVIDE A CUSTOMER WITH ANSWERS! This branch has messed with my money! Is this lawsuit worthy?

I really don't know what to say except for moving my bank account here was the biggest mistake of my life. I'm being serious! Took them 13 business days to get my ATM/debit card to me. After activating my card. I was told when trying to set up my PIN number that I had to go back into the bank to install it. Well if you ever been in there, you know what a under staffed mess it is. When I opened the basic checking account it was a Friday morning and really busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake that was! Fast forward to the following Friday I went in to get some cash out. Had to go in cause card was not working. There was 14 people in line with 1 teller. There were 4 ladies hiding in their glass offices and after 40 mins inline, YES I SAID 40 MINS! I started complaining out loud cause I'm disabled and the hcp chair was taken by a lady that was there before me and hadn't been helped yet? So, after complaining the manager cut me in front of everyone that was in front of me. You can guess how that went. Not only was I embarrassed, when the girl tried my card it was blocked? What the hell? So, now they are taking up only teller to help the disabled guy but a quick withdrawal turns into servicing my account. Now, I'm really embarrassed cause there is still 4 women not helping anyone still in their glass cubicles, lazy asses! Well that's what I thought since it took me 52 minutes to withdraw money from my account! WTF? It gets worst, went to Vons yesterday bought groceries. Went through drive thru later in afternoon to get some cash. I was declined do to fraudulent activity! Call the branch and one of the USELESS LADIES answered cause that way she doesn't have to wait on customers! When I told her my problem, she told me I had to call the 800 number? What? Wait? What? So I'm in 800 hell and I promise you as soon as all my direct deposits are cleared and bills are paid. I'm checking out of checking account HELL! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, BIGGER THAN GETTING MARRIED! BofA is a total train wreck and I only hope my CREDIT UNION OF SO CAL WILL TAKE ME BACK! Im so sorry CUSOCAL! Worst Bank EVER! Lots of staff trying not to do anything useful! Only 1 teller working at a time, NO matter how long line is.. what do you expect since they are owned by Merrill Lynch! The OTHER crooks! Besides Wells Fargo!

Still always waiting at least 30 min whenever i need to go in to make a simple transaction. They always have plenty of workers standing around but nobody helping customers. Will this ever change?
