This Bank of America needs a drive-through ATM it’s not safe to walk up to an ATM with people trying to rob you at a ATM what I don’t understand why is there a Chase ATM drive-through right next door

Bank of America advertised as having the most ATMs but now that they've shut down so many locations, what's the point in being with them? There's way better banks out there. Look at this! 5 ATMs but only ONE open on a busy weekend!

Horrible service! Today I went to deposit a check and cash out in my account and instead the manager insisted I go to chase to cash out since they are the bank that I administer the check. I’m confused why I would go to another bank to cash out when bofa is my bank where I should be able to deposit my money and take out money. After made a statement I am making an exception to deposit your check again I thought that’s why I have a bank to deposit my check. To take a further would not give me a receipt of my deposit until my husband showed to the bank since the account was in both mine and my husband name. I am so disappointed I have never been treated this way and will not recommend my family or friends to this branch.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! By far the Worst BUSINESS service EVER!!! This bank is extremely understaffed for the amount of traffic it drives. It never fails...business line is either not open or when it is, regular customers take president while you're stuck standing for an additional time listening to everyone's life struggles! One star is given, just for being open!

Mom gave my son a $100. check for the holidays. Tried to deposit the check in the ATM, kicked it out because check was made out to my son, not me. Went inside to deposit the check into my account. Teller would not deposit the check into my account because my son is not on the account. Mom's account is a Bank of America account, my account I'm trying to deposit the check is also a Bank of America account. The amount is not $10,000 it's not $1,000 it's $100. Did I mention that my son has autism. What bugs me is that she didn't even try to offer a solution, all she said was keep trying the ATM. Thanks Bank of America for the great service

Horrible service every time I go to this branch, literally waited an hour and the manager never even acknowledged me but yet an old man showed up after me and she helped him out on the spot so I closed my bank account gonna bank somewhere else

I was here last week for the first time in a very long time, never any issues.When I was here there was a gentleman very upset, yelling and mad. Long story short he pull 99k out of his account because of the expertise BOA here.I thought to myself, crazy guy I love BOA. Although they couldn't really help me that d ay.I return today and been in line for 30 mins now. Yes line to talk to a teller.I got here at 1:45 and it is now 2:15 I am the 3 in place now.Ridiculous.I am not one 5p complain or put bad reviews but this warrants it.So bad and now I understand the guys frustration from this branch.I will go back to the branch I normally go too although it's further from home.

Says closes at 2 pm on door on Saturdays does close at 2pm. Just another terrible bank of America Branch.
