This place is A+, If your pet needs a bath bring him here. Self serv available. Towels, shampoo and air dryer at your convenience. Employee at front desk very helpful. Customer service #1 here. Very clean atmosphere. Entrance is through the back alley side.

I was going with the grooming place because of the reviews. I got a bad experience I called to make appointment and they quoted me a price which I stated my dog breed and how old and when I got there the guy told me he thought it was a puppy when I clearly told him the breed and it was 7 months old it is a puppy !!! He went double on the price once they had me there mind you I drove 20 miles just because of the price he told me over the phone. They quote you one think over phone just to get you there then change it. Also manager is very rude.

Title: Decline in Service Quality and Concerns for My Dog's Hygiene Review: I used to fully trust this place to bathe my dog, but unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline in their service quality in recent months. On several occasions, I've paid for specific services like expressing the anal glands and trimming the nails, only to find out they weren't done. Additionally, what's even more alarming is that my dog has come back with fleas after the last three visits, which is unacceptable. The hygiene and well-being of my pet are my top priority, and I can't risk it any longer by taking him to a place that doesn't meet proper standards. Sadly, I'll have to find another place for my dog's care in the future.

Used to bring my dog here quite often but haven't been here in a while. Came 11/21 and looked like the big room we use had been remodeled . I have a Great Dane(130lb) and it came out to $40 for the self wash. Getting into the tub was ok but the ramp itself was rocky, not to mention that the new flooring is slick tile. As my dog was getting out of the tub , he slipped off the wobbly ramp and also skidded under the bench that was across. Due to the poor grip and wobbly ramp he got hurt An employee came after he heard me scream and asked what happened. After I told him he had slipped off the ramp, he just walked away. He never asked if he was ok nor did he offer any type of assistance. I'm very disappointed to say the least and I'm glad he didn't break anything. Just some scrapes for now. I'm worried this fall may have traumatized him and will no longer want to be bathed at other locations. I would avoid this unprofessional establishment for the sake of your furry friends

I recommend this pet spa. I've been coming here for years. Gerardo and David never disappoint with my doggies grooming. I'm always satisfied with how my Doogie looks.

Very nice people and well done. My dog got his nails trimmed. They use the dremel which works best for my pup.

Best groomer in town. They know Ringo and treat him like their own. Whether it's summer cut or winter cut. They make him very handsome!

This place is the best. I used the self dog wash. They provide everything you need to wash your dog. But you can bring your own dog shampoo and towels. Will be using this place often. I have a big dog..90 lbs.. He fit nicely in tub with more then enough room to move him around.

Charges by weight. You can bathe your dog yourself or Dave can bathe the pet.
