I thought I would try this place out. I walked in, they all looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head.Nobody greeted me or said hello. Finally when they asked me what I wanted done, I asked how much to just cut my cuticles on my nails, they said $18!! I explained I didn't want a manicure, just my cuticles trimmed and they said they don't do that. Next stop I made did it for me for $5 and were very friendly.

First and last time. Went in for a fill, manicure and pedicure. Jenny, started with the fill. I told you her I would like a manicure. She said, I will do it after. I told her first is the manicure then the fill. I've been in the beauty industry 30+ years. She said no honey, I do it this way. At the end my nails were uneven, crooked and looked like I needed a fill. I told her I was unhappy, I was charged $65.00 I asked her to fix them. She said she had no time come back tomorrow. Next day she fixed them, they were so thin, they broke off within a few days. Excellent pedicure, done by another woman.

I hope you guys will take my review seriously and personally. All of the bad reviews on here are unfortunately true. The owner and manager of this location is Cindy Nguyen. Cindy not only discriminates against people of color, but she also treats her employees horribly and inhumanly. She doesn't let anyone pick up the phone because she wants to control the narrative. She will purposefully make people of color wait longer to be serviced even if they walk in first under the disguise of "scheduled appointments". That is why she picks up the phone and not make the appointment list transparent to the customer or manicurists. I am taking actions to report this location for sanitary purposes as I have slipped a few times. AND for unfair treatment of employees. If you can understand Vietnamese and listens to the way she talks to the manicurists, you'd be fuming. She is constantly yelling and talking down on the manicurists as they are doing nails for the customers - which in turns make the experience for customers like us of getting our nails done seem less meticulous and not a relaxing experience at all. To give you a few examples, (1) she is constantly pressuring a time limit on the manicurists to finish so if your full set, gel manicure, or pedicure are ever poorly done then please know that is the fault of Cindy. (2) I was here getting my nails done, and saw her going through one of the manicurist's personal belongings and shamed her in the middle of the salon over the brand of her nails supplies. (3) She plays favorites and proceeds to distribute customers unfairly to her employees as she wishes. IF YOU CARE ABOUT BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS, PLEASE GET YOUR NAILS DONE ELSEWHERE.

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO THE CITY FOR BEING RACIST, DISCRIMINATORY, and FOUL TO DARKER SKIN PEOPLE. PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS B/C MY EXPERIENCE IS SIMILAR After my first time experience at this establishment was horrible. After reading all the reviews it is valid this place is horrible. I am a women of color and they were being very discriminatory or rude to me. I read one review on here that the women are talking about you in their native language which I truly felt. My experience was horrible not because of how uncomfortable they made me feel but how they do not like listening to you wants and needs , only want to pick what they want so they can get done faster. I wanted full acrylic nails, I do not like gel-x because my nails/ skin reacts terribly to it once the weeks go on, they tend to hurt and the durability lacks. I specifically told her I want acrylic powder with a clear top coat. She kept telling me do I want medium nails, I'm thinking its about the acrylic size. She then tries to put gel-x on me, I told her no I don't want gel X, she said oh ok, then proceeded to keep trying to convince me to do gel-x I had to say no twice. From there the service went down hill because she had an attitude she couldn't take the easy route to do my nails. We get to the part where I need to cut the acrylic extension, she cuts the first finger and it looked fine but then she rushes and does not even measure the other fingers and they were SO MUCH SHORTER than the FIRST one she did. I kept staring and it didn't look good, so I nicely told her I don't think I can do this length, it seems too short. She had the biggest attitude and kept YELLING at me RUDELY stating it's medium it's medium, I then said no it seems shorter - we need to re-try. She takes off the tips and retries- she's still yelling at me saying what size what size, I told her to slowly move the device and I'll tell her. I told her the size I wanted she then THROWS MY HAND BACK and says THAT TOO LONG. After that she's roughly does my nails pulling my arm hard. I have cuts on my fingers that hurt bad she NEVER said SORRY about because she wanted to roughly do my nails since she was mad. I believe she cut me on purpose because I never had technicians HURT ME this bad. My nails did not turn out good, I had to go home and REFILE ALL OF MY NAILS and REAPPLY A BETTER GEL COAT. The older lady with one eye and the glasses who does pedicures is a RACIST BULLY. Whole time she is talking a bunch of mess laughing and looking at me and POINTING AT me. She seemed very racist, bully, and unprofessional. She was also very rough throwing my feet down instead of gently. Again I am a woman of color and these women were immorally disrespectful. I asked for their names and they did not want to give it to me because they knew I was going to REPORT them. I hope this place can get shut down soon because you do not treat PEOPLE OF COLOR like that. Again I am reporting their business to the city.

This is my nail place :-) having going there for years. I think they told me last time they raised their prices but to be honest, I don't even know how much anything is LOL. I always get different things. But the customer service and the location is just really great for me.

Jenny has done my nails for over 10 years, many times she did not like it when I would ask her if she could fix something she had done wrong. I could tell she was very disturbed. Today I went in there and asked if she could put sparkle on my nails and she said no. I am a paying customer and she decides what she's going to do with my nails? Also the price for nails went up, she said it was $5 more. When I called Cindy the owner, Cindy said it was $3 more. Who is lying? Time to go elsewhere, will not be going back to a shop where they are moody and lie.Service: Gel manicure
