The staff were extremely helpful. My Bissell vacuum would not vacuum up water and needed a repair. To my surprise, they were able to get me a brand new vacuum on a warranty that I didn't even think I had. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Bob's Sew & Vac!!
