TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, WHERE YOU WILL BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER !! If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Arrived at the store with the concern that I payed for a years worth of service from Boost Mobile, and now two weeks later, I still have not been able to use my service. After attempting to call customer services for 3 days, and being unable to connect with a human, I decided to visit this store to seek some answers. GARY, who was the only person at this store, was the very first person I have been able to talk to given that the network has been down for DAYS! When I asked GARY what my options were given the circumstances, he answered, "switch to a different carrier". Given that I have not been able to talk to anyone from boost about my concern, and being responded in this fashion was absolutely inappropriate, unprofessional and plainly disrespectful. When I asked GARY for his last name or store number to report him to Boost Mobile, he went silent and refused to acknowledge my presence in the store. I then proceeded to snap a pic of him to post in my review and that is when he posed for the camera and signaled a peace sign (pic attached below). I paid a full year of service and still I have NOT been able to use it. I am infuriated with not only the service from Boost Mobile, but also disappointed with the people who they employ to be the face of an onsite store. I would NOT recommend Boost Mobile to even my worst enemy.
