The worst customer service ever! These incompetent people literally somehow had "another" account for my son already on "file" and wanted us to admit we somehow how created this account and didn't remember but couldn't tell me who created this account?!? LUNATICS!! Why wouldn't I remember what I've done when I run my household and all that goes on there? Not satisfied with their incompetence, they - because it was more than one person "helping" my son - still went ahead and "opened" the account with another DOB - mind me, I had EVERY single document to prove my son's identity - they didn't care at all!!! That's fraudulent behavior!! After an hour + of going back and forth we were done and were sent on our way with the promise of "just call us back on Tuesday to find out if the account was approved or rejected"... well it's been over a week and I did exactly as this Avinash Poorswani instructed us to do - call HIM and EMAIL him - NO ONE ANSWERS THE GODDAMN PHONE OR HAS THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY TO RETURN OUR EMAILS!! Absolutely hideous. I work at a law firm and will look further into what they've done in regards to my son. There should be NO ACCOUNT for him, especially when he was a minor! These type of mistakes lead people into legal trouble for fraud.

No one return the phone calls, left some paper work 2 weeks ago, called, supposedly someone else will call, no response, call headquarters they try to connect with this branch, no one answered

please do go there! there are incompetent! really nobody knoe what they are doing! they are a bunch of pendejos!! seriously.. please make make appointments. i do and they don't see me. i stuck and can't log in call the bank. call the bank and they cant help! go to the bank! amt not working go to the bank! and they put a cyber hold on the account. now i can't access anything!! wtf! are you serious! omg i done closed the account now! i done going bank of america!

The main reason why I'm giving them a 1 star is because they don't know how to deposit the money that you made in a timely fashion they give it a day before they deposit it and they deposit it the very next day they need to switch it up soon as they get their deposit form or any type of form dealing with money they should deposit it that same day and you should get it that same day I turned my time sheet in I got my paycheck stub Friday evening and I'm still waiting

I had the worse experience. Chase restricted my account. I didn't even know until I tried to put gas and was declined. I called right away and they said that they sent me a letter in the mail in regards to my account which was a complete LIE! Staff at this location are so rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The ATM's inside the bank are very good - you can choose what sort of bills you want. I got $35 in a $20, two $5's, and five $1's. Pretty slick. Who needs face-to-face communication anymore? Replace all tellers with robots!
