This branch stole $5,000 from my account. I went to withdraw $5,000 and they "accidentally" withdrew $10,000 and said that their system crashed and that the extra $5,000 will be credited back into my account. Almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have the money in my account. I can't get a hold of anyone that can help me.

Very welcoming place and the banker Samuel Nuñez is the BEST took us in without an appointment and helped us out and answered all of our questions throughly!!!

They have 3 atm inside the bank and 1 had been broken for over 2 weeks. Now all 3 of them don't work. What's the point of having this location if none of the basic necessities for banking are usable.

The worst customer service from a bank. I have accounts with shorter life spans at other establishments and they have not denied me access to my own money. I made a deposit, waited for the funds to become available and Chase denied my transaction due to limits on purchases. I called Chase to request access to my own money and was denied. I was than transferred to Fraud taking to a Bill in the Philippines and he told me that I did not have the money in my account. Than refused to tell me when I would since the website, app and customer service representative told me it was available. Funds in the account were all of a sudden not his department. My money will no longer be Chase's department. While I know my accounts and funds will not make any difference to Chase and this message will probably also end in some automated answer, I will be closing my accounts by the end of week. It is disgusting that such a large bank will deny their customers access to what is theirs.

I wish that I was writing this review under better circumstance, but unfortunately, chase has once again, shown how their dismal customer service is their best asset. We have been dealing with a horrendous fraud case, and my poor wife has been in the bank every day for ONE week!!! We have dealt with the fraud department, claims department and the local bank, and if I am completely honest, my toddlers can do a better job of coordinating this company. Chase bank is in DIRECT violation of NACHA Rule R10, and REFUSES to give consumers their due rights. The bank manager at this particular branch is particularly helpless!!

Long lines, 1 teller, lobby of people waiting. I do not recommend this branch. There's one in uptown Whittier that's much better.

Best chase bank hands down. Staff is great they have conchas and coffee as soon as you walk in! You are greater and helped instantly. Extremely courteous. Promote this bank and give their employees raising above other chase bank peers

Awesome branch right here! Always helpful bankers to help you out. There is always plenty of people working as well so you do not have to wait long. One of the bankers was able to help me get a book of checks and get me change without waiting in the one for it. Excellent customer service by this branch.

This chase branch is great, the tellers are very professional and friendly. The wait is always minimal and you are always greeted on your way in and out. I have been banking here for over 3 years . Parking is always available and there are plenty of tellers, ATM and bankers available at all times

I've been to other chase banks and to me the are 4 stars and 5 stars. But this one on telegraph I give it a 1 star the reason, the tellers are not customer friendly. Apparently tellers are having personal conversation among each other, I guess their conversations are more important than helping the customers. So if anyone banks with Chase don't go to the one on telegraph rd, unless you like hearing the drama of all the teller.

Went in to get a new bank card. Waited 30 minutes when there was nobody in line in front of me. There was people in their cubicles on the computer but didn't bother to come out and help. Horrible service

I went into this branch to open a joint account. We arrived at 1310. The host told us it would be about 20-30 minutes to open an account. There were no open seats in the lobby so we had to sit in a cubicle to wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting we went to check the sign in sheet and saw that our names had been crossed off even though they never approached us or said the name aloud. Spoke to a different host with a combover hair style with a beard and dark hair who told us we would be the next people called on the list. Yet people kept getting called and were assisted before us. As a new customer I'd expect that the service would be more accommodating and welcome, because it of all the banks I could have opened my account with, I chose chase. I'll be visiting a different branch and hope the customer service is much more appeasing.

The atm lobby area in the front smells like cigarettes and bong water. Besides that... great service, clean interior and the lined moved along quickly.
