Good store making some nice upgrades to it. Deli could use some work though produce is great but employees act bothered when you ask for assistance. Paolo specifically was working on poultry when I needed assistance with ground beef. Took off his gloves and didn't reapply new/any gloves when handling my beef putting my family and I at risk of cross contamination. I said thank you have a great day and he just walked away as if I was bothering him. Every other time staff has been great asking if I need assistance walking through the aisles.

This Stater Brothers store is small yet quick and easy for shoppers. Parking lot is large and located near major streets. The store is clean and the employees there are very helpful. Excellent selection of various items.

I come to this location at least 3 times a week but I will not be coming back , Sunday oct 8th , the women who is about mid 30's with black hair and covered in tattoos bagging our groceries was just throwing everything in our carts , being extremely rude for no reason, I only got a picture of my watermelon that she THREW in my cart .

I came here the other day to pick up some steaks, unfortunately I didn't get the butchers name. But he was super friendly and very helpful. Thanks big guy.

Store is nice and all. But it's impossible to use a digital coupon from your app or the website. And the cashier Bella was extremely rude, had attitude and I will not be dealing with little brats like that. I won't be back. One day someone is going to give her a piece of their mind and it won't be pretty

Service is great sometimes. Wish I could give it five stars but every time I come in this one checker has an attitude. She never has a name tag on, but I was able to look at my receipt and see her name is Jackie. I didn't say anything but yesterday I noticed she wasn't just rude to the customers but to the employee's to I don't know if the baggers have to let checkers know they're going to the restroom but she yelled at her and told her no she has to bag I seen name tag and her name is Vee and that seemed very unprofessional and rude, She needs to work on her customer service and how to be a good leader I don't know if the store manager knows about how unprofessional this employee is , but I hope the checker learns how to treat people with self decency and work on her customer service. I try to avoid her when I come in the store, but the store was kind of busy at the time so I had to go down her line but other than that everyone else is always so nice and helpful. This is my local store. Hopefully they'll be able to help her understand customer service a little bit better, and how to treat employees with respect.

I placed an order for a wedding cake, it was a very special wedding for my Uncle who is 75yo. We had many special requests for the cake and the baker Marisol & Carmen exceeded my family's expectations. My Mom is still talking about how delicious & moist the cake was. It was decorated exactly like the photo we gave. Thank you all for your hard work!

I love Shopping at stater bros but I give this location a one star because the staff are extremely rude and they take forever to ring me up like they don't know what they are are going ! The cashier by the name of Angie is also extremely rude and has no patience with customers !!!

I have to give this location a 1 star. I've been coming to this market for over 20 years and I'm disappointed that the former employees are gone. The former employees were always nice and pleasant to talk to. I really miss them. The employees now are never friendly and If you ask them for something, they look annoyed. They never look happy and make it uncomfortable to ask questions. Plus, at the register, they are always moody. The staff needs to work on their customer service. YOU ALL ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you start ringing up items, it would be nice to say hi when the customer is in front of your face and thank you at the end, The former employees were so nice and helpful ALWAYS! Please work with your staff. Please have them watch customer training videos that help with staying positive and having a smile on their face. I have to say, there is one bagger that is pleasant. He always looks pleasant. That's about it. I needed to do this in order for management to read this and work on with employees.

Came in to get some popsicles for my sick daughter and was told that the scanners were down and they could not ring anyone up. Hard to believe they don't have any offline back up plans.

Not sure why they felt they had to remodel and move everything around, unless it was just to clean, but I truly hate when markets move the merchandise to the point where I get frustrated and confused and I just want to get the heck out of there. This is one of the reasons I stopped shopping at Walmart not to mention the rude service. Anyways, I do have a Stater Bros by my work in Artesia that I've become more familiar with along with Smart N Final here in Whittier.
