The absolute BEST Customer Service here! I came in with so many questions wanting to switch because my T-Mobile bill was +90$ for one line and I had previously asked the Cricket at the Santa Fe Springs locations for assistance and it was so bad (don't go there they have zero knowledge on cricket). I came and was helped by Cici and Malek who were both so kind, and supportive of all my inquiries. I left with a speaker and a 60$ phone line. Already a 10/10 experience. This location is the one to go, you will not regret it. OOOO I also got free HBO MAX!! What a deal

Do not come to this store these robbed me for 100 dollars making up some thing about a bundle which was never mentioned to us. We were charged 50 dollars for a phone case. The employees here are scammers your better off purchasing online. Stay away from an employee named Kevin’s he’s the one who got me and my girl ran behind his team leaders skirt. There is no way to for returns we were offered only a fraction of what we actually paid. Then when it came to unlocked our devices the jacka$$ put on they’re systems we brought our own devices. Do No Go Here.

Not entirely content with Cricket. I keep dropping calls in specific areas. I can only suspect it has to do with a weak satellite connectivity. However I was given a $10 dollar discount for Mar. That helps... T-Mobile? Possibly?

I definitely recommend this Cricket Wireless. They were so nice and helpful when I went in. I’ve tried other phone companies, but I’ve stuck with Cricket because of their prices, cell service, & overall customer service. the program I just qualified for is a huge help because I’m a student on food stamps. They’re giving me $50 a month, so I only have to pay $5 because I have autopay. It’s called Federal Government Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. I would add a picture but for some reason this isn’t letting me. Thanks to that program, that money can be put aside for emergencies during this pandemic.??????

Do not come here!!! Go elsewhere, they have really bad employees that don’t know what they’re doing. Just 2 days ago this male employee charged my mother for a screen protector that they didn’t have in stock and instead of giving her a refund he called another store in highland park and told her that she can go pick it up over there. When she went to the store in highland park they had no idea about the screen protector. How do you even charge for something that you don’t have? He also charged her $15 dollars to change her area code. After being unsuccessful, he then told me that the money was lost and that it was a gamble so there was nothing that can be done. He claimed that he told me it was a gamble but how do you even say that to a customer that’s paying for a service. I asked for a refund or some type of credit and he aggressively told me that I wasn’t getting anything and to leave the store. Not only is this irresponsible but this employee was provocative, rude and uneducated. That is very bad customer service and that guy should be disciplined!
