BAMFIT Athletics is an outstanding functional fitness facility with a motivating atmosphere and a strong sense of community. From the moment you step in, you feel positive energy and a welcoming vibe. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to each member’s progress. They provide personalized coaching, tailoring workouts to individual fitness levels and goals while paying close attention to form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness. The gym itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a great workout, from barbells and weights to a variety of conditioning tools. Small class sizes allow for a more intimate and personalized experience. The environment is supportive, encouraging everyone to push their limits. It truly feels like a family where no one feels lost or out of place. BAMFIT also offers excellent kids and teens classes. The coach is very patient, takes time to explain the importance of the workouts and proper form, and makes the sessions fun and engaging. Children love the classes, look forward to them each week, and leave sweating and out of breath. Parents appreciate the focus on safety, proper movement, and the positive, amazing environment that fosters a love for fitness from a young age.

Coach Jesse works great with these groups of kids to motivates them and help them gain confidence and control of their movements. He incorporates workouts that keep the kids engaged and moving constantly.

Jesse and the fam over at bamfit athletics are the best ! They work with everything from speed, strength, agility, softball skills, even have a batting cage if anyone needs a facility to hit or field they have it all ! Thank you Jesse !
