Closed on Memorial Day? It's Memorial Day, not Christmas. Spent the entire morning at the hospital with my son and had prescriptions sent to this CVS. People need MEDICATION on Memorial Day too.

convenient and usually qiuck, only drawback is sometimes prescriptions arent ready quickly. Friendly staff.

I can't express what a great experience I had with my pharmacy. I had a issue with my prescription and a Tech name Crystal she was helpful with my needs very professional and most importantly Genuine. You know immediately that she cares about her job. I had other experiences that were not good although with Crystal all that doesn't matter.I would give her 10 stars ask for Crystal she is the Best !!!! Thank you again

*ZERO STARS*Called the pharmacy to ask about the status of a prescription. The tech was super nice and helpful but she said that she would have to ask the pharmacist who was on lunch. She said she would call me back and she did but I missed the call. I called back 5 mins later to check in since the voicemail said I'd need to call back. I called back and no one knew what I was talking about. I asked about when my prescription would be ready and if they would take tele-health prescriptions. The representative or tech was not the same woman I had spoken with before. She starts saying something about tele-marketers and at that point I just asked to speak with the pharmacist since they should know all the answers and since they were already asked these questions previously. I WAITED 45 MINS ON HOLD. 3 techs answered during that time asking what they could help me with as if I am just calling for the first time and hadn't been on hold already asking for the pharmacist. So instead I headed in there to see the pharmacist myself in person. and on my way ANOTHER tech answered and said "hello? Are you still waiting to speak with the pharmacist" at that point I was like "don't worry about it, I'm headin over right now to ask!" The questions took 2 SECONDS to answer. But I was on hold for 45 MINUTES. Gary (pharmacist) said "well the in person people get priority" as if, again, he didn't already know what I was asking for, called me and left a voicemail to call back, and had me waiting 45 MINUTES. Also when he answered my questions he didn't even need to look anything up on my account, didn't ask for my date of birth, or my name. Literally he already had the answers. Like at that point, it seemed like he purposely did not answer the call. LIKE HOW HARD IS IT TO JUST ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE IF YOU DIDNT HAVE TO LOOK ANYTHING UP?? I'm not the one though. Stay safe out there y'all! Also, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else (: Gary do your JOB or find a new one (:

They wouldn't allow me in because i was a student and the worker was saying that i would steel but let other white students and customers go in without a problem.i will not be coming back

Staff is amazing and very helpful at this location. The Pharmacy rocks and they helped us get our vaccinations with no problems. My 3 stars is for the parking lot trash and filth. I'm not sure if they have a cleaning service but they need one. There's old mask, beer cans, food, cigarettes and what ever else lives there.

Rude workers with zero personality. Everyone who works here has horrible customer service. Guy with the long braid working cashier especially. Learn to approach customers better. If I couldn't give no starts I would. Especially around the holidays. Cheer up Not the customers fault you don't like your job.

first they had my bday wrong. then told me it would take 20mins to get my meds ready but they took an hour. an hour for simple antibiotics. also called before showing up and waited 30mins on hold and got tired and hung. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Andrew in the pharmacy is very polite and helpful. He assisted me ordering something they didn’t have and called me when it arrived. When you are sick you depend on people like him to help you to get what you need to start feeling better. Thank you very much. The store is clean and organized. I feel very happy to have it in my neighborhood.

For the umpteenth time I took my 40% emailed discount into this store and patiently waited in line. When I got to the counter, I was told, as this has happened multiple times, that the item was on sale so the discount was not applicable. I fully understand their on sale procedure. Once again the aisle that contained the product did not have the product marked as on sale. I would never have picked it up had it been marked. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything as I have done many times. I'm tired of waiting in lines only to continuously have to go thru this unethical process. Is it my fault they can't / don't mark which products are on sale? I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've had enough

I have been here once before and the owner is a nice guy don't get me wrong. But I would like to know why I was being followed as if I was a thief? If I would go to the makeup section this chubby light skin mexican women with glasses would follow me. If I was at the medicine aisle, she would follow me and pretend she was fixing chips or something. This is ridiculous CVS. During this whole Coronavirus outbreak we can't even feel like you've got our back as our local pharmacy? I work hard for my money and I didn't even give this women suspicion to even think I was shop lifting! She was even eyeing my purse!!! This is disgusting. I live right around the corner but I rather take the 10 minute drive up to the La Mirada CVS than to be judged here... please check your employee and see what her deal is... will never return.

Worst Pharmacy in Town! Their automated system will say one thing on when prescription will be ready, you call to talk to someone live, they'll say no, system is incorrect it will be ready in 30 min. You give it 5 hours or more to go pick up and not once, but 3 times i've experienced such frustration, I'll go to pick up and they'll say its not ready or they have no medication in stock that I will need to go to another pharmacy. When you are sick and in somewhat desperate need of your medication, being given false information is completely unacceptable. They come back and say "I understand your frustration, I understand". Ah no you don't because this wouldn't keep happening over and over. From the tone of the pharmacy staff, their apologies are expressionless and robotic.
