I was in the area staying at a rental property, and I was looking for a specific product, and when I messaged this business, they responded in a very quick timely manner to my question. Upon my visit to the store the staff member was very helpful in getting the product I needed.

Very tiny selection. Don't even have novo 2 pods. Bad attitudes. Try's convincing me to buy pods that don't fit and out of package with saliva on em so when I asked if they were used I got attitude back and told em just that! Everytime I come here they tell me how bad their business is doing since the new juice law and try to make me feel bad like I care. You have nothing in your store and bad attitudes. Went across the street to bruno's vape and got hooked up !

You get there just to catch somebody sleeping in the corner with all the enthusiasm of a rock once he sees you. I asked for a particular flavor and once I found out he didn't have it, I asked him if he had something similar. His response of "Sorry buddy, I can't help you. That's it." I see something similar and he proceeds to "cut me a deal" without the price even showing. Charged me price plus tax. Then runs the number on the card, and charges me another fee for the card. I've shopped here for months and not once was I ever charged this fee. He ran on contactless payment and when the receipt came up, he started hiding the amount until I asked him why isn't the total the same. He told me the fee. I told him I've never had that fee in months of shopping here. Then he tell me he should of charged me more because of deal. Made up some number making it seem like he gave me a deal in price which is why the fee was there. Told him that doesn't matter, you have no sign and you didn't tell me you'd charge me a fee. His response was "no refunds". There are other options in the city to avoid this stupid behavior and service.

Fake products, taxed too high, & "500 aka 50 puffs" and "2000 puffs more like 200" all of there products are from fake distributors that make knock offs. Do not buy from this fake spot! I saw an underage child buying cigarettes, both had no masks on and still made the transaction. No gloves, super unsanitary and the worst part of all he sold her NewPorts and Black n Milds.

So I usually go to a shop in Downey but I'm staying in Whittier this week and I needed a new puff bar. I parked in the back, I used to go to this shop years ago when I worked on Whittier so I knew the place had parking in the back. I got two and when I opened it I guess it had leaked. I went back in and told the guy it was defective. He had a sign that says all sales final no refunds so he didn't really have to swap it out. He buys them from the manufacturer, I get it. He didn't have to shake my hand and help me but he did. Thank you. He said he was the shop owner. I can't remember his name exactly but I appreciate the service. I'm born and raised in Whittier and my family has lived in Whittier for about 50 years. I respect honorable people doing business in my hometown.
