Great service! Mila took her time with my eyebrows. I had to let them grow back out, so she shaped them pretty good. She asked what/how I wanted them and followed what I asked for. The way I found this place is that I asked a student who always has them done nicely where she goes and she told me about this place. Mila dies her eyebrows as well. The prices are reasonable.

This place has really gone downhill. Got turned away several times. Lady was doing eyebrows but said she can't do eyebrows when she was working on someone. Horrible service

I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows threaded since 2019, but I recently came back Thursday May 2nd and I’m in love I can’t believe I used to pluck my eyebrows daily I forgot how it felt to get them threaded. I’ve always came here before and I will definitely be coming regularly again. Thank you!

I come here to do my eyebrows and facials so i wanted my bro to get a facial but they denied him and said they dont do guys? Why? Thats so sexes and gender biases. I will stop coming here and go to a different location with my family as well. They just lost 7 customers.

Came to Yelp to look up the business phone number but came across a review where the owner/management responded and I felt it was directed towards me. It is the most unprofessional, childish, and upsetting response I've ever seen in customer service. How dare you make up things about customers like that! I bought gift cards here as a Christmas gift because I believe in supporting small businesses and the relationship I had with your staff. I was told of the expiration (3 months) but that was after the transaction went through but luckily I knew the recipients would go soon after Christmas. I actually went with one of the recipients of the gift cards where they were told it had a balance of 14 which should've been 30. We told him there must be a mistake because this was the first time they were using the card, instead of being professional and apologetic about the awkward situation, he insisted that we already used it. I asked if there was a way to check, perhaps the transaction date or the security cam, and he told us to wait which I did calmly for more than 15 minutes, also there were no more than 2 customers at this time and both were taken care of. As for checking balances or records on gift cards you just use a Word document for each card you've assigned. I can see how easily things can get mixed up. If that's the only "system" you can use right now I would make a suggestion and use an Excel or an Access document, it could help organize things much better, just speaking from experience. After waiting to be called back on, your employee informed me that he was having trouble getting access to the cameras and told us he'll take our number and inform us of what happened. We did not receive a call that day or any day after. I figure if we didn't receive any call, perhaps it was taken care of. If you punished your artist for your mistake I would think in a business of your sort would have some liability insurance(especially for a 16-dollar discrepancy) to take care of such errors instead of taking it out of the pockets of your employee. I also suggest if you are going to disrespect customers on a public forum you should publish true events and not "fake news". I am very disappointed in your lack of professionalism and accountability.

I was looking for a place to get a facial when I came across the reviews on this business OMG the owner just responded to a complaint saying he didn't pay his staff due to a gift certificate misunderstanding that the funds are taken from their pay. Definitely not a business I want to support.

Let me start off by saying the threading artists are fantastic! But that is as far as the good service this business provides the man at the counter is rude and has no customer service experience and BEWARE DO NOT buy any gift certificates or leave any type of credit with this establishment. We were gifted gift certificates it's actually just laminated paper no where on the certificate or was it communicated that the funds needed to be used within 3 months by the way i'm sure there are laws against that in California. After being treated poorly when trying to reedem my gift card everytime after I went back to the business I was told they had three hour wait times I felt I was black balled after they accused me of already using my gift certificate. If you can not manage a business I suggest they find someone who can!

The woman who threads your eyebrows is absolutely amazing. I don't like my brows too thin, but I also have a scar in my left brow that I fill in. And she's so accommodating, every time I leave I'm so impressed. I walk in looking like I have caveman eyebrows and walk out feeling and looking amazing. Definitely recommend her!

She is great at doing eyebrows. And she is quick. I go in with my two girls, always as soon as they open so I don’t have a problem with the wait and so my babies don’t get frustrated.I love her work and she is patient and listens to what you want .
