MY GO-TO SPOT FOR ALL MY CAR'S NEEDS!
This family-owned shop has been my go-to spot for all my car's services and repairs ranging from general oil changes, to new tires, alignments, and air conditioning issues. They never disappoint. Their customer service is great! I liked that Andrew was constantly in communication with me regarding the status of my car and maintained transparency with their pricing. The invoices are always detailed as well, and if I have any questions he is always happy to review it with me. I have referred friends and family here, and I will continue to do so. I am very happy with their services!

Avoid this shop!
2011 BMW 535i
Completely ripped me off. Replaced my run flats with cheap Hancook tires at $250+ a piece. Charged me $1700 to get my car out. They didn’t complete the work I asked them to complete when I had the car towed over. Same issues are persistent with engine idling. They charged me over $1000 in labor so they could diagnose every other part of the car they wanted to try and charge me for instead of doing the work I asked for. Sergio was the technician and when I got my car back it was a dirty mess and they had broke my middle cup holder. Then admitted they took my car out for a few joy rides to test the engine hard and to hear the exhaust. (His Words) Very disappointed with the service, the price, time frame, how my vehicle was treated. and also they had my car for over a week for a simple tire fix and solenoid change.
Do yourself a favor and choose a better shop. Any other shop.

Andrew, Richard and all the guys at Exclusively Imports Inc. are great people. Nice, Friendly and honest are just a few words that describe them. I had my Range Rover repaired at Exclusively Imports, they did an amazing job. The only thing I felt bad about is that Andrew had to put up with the nonsense of getting the payment for repairs from the warranty company Empire Auto Protect. Never purchase an auto warranty from Empire Auto Protect. They are scammers, liars and they will make every excuse possible to not pay for repairs. Andrew at Exclusively Imports went above and beyond calling Empire to get payment. Thank you Andrew Richard and Exclusively Imports for your customer service and for going above and beyond! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I don’t usually do reviews but let me tell you. Exclusively imports inc has the best mechanics ever. Richard and the team went above and beyond fixing my BMW 640i grand coupe M sport. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car didn’t try to upsell me. Also let me know what needs to be fixed on the car in the future. They have great prices and don’t overcharge like other shops that I have called in the area. I highly recommend them for your import needs. Thank you Sergio for texting me and asking how everything is with my car. I will be coming back for my oil changes, tune ups and anything else my car needs. After being extremely disappointed with the dealership and their outrageous quote to repair my 2013 Audi, I didn't know where else to take it for service. I wanted a place that was familiar with European cars. Yelp to the rescue! I found this place, and within the first call, I knew they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I am so glad I found them, and will not have to deal with the dealership again. This place is legit. Their prices are great and they gave me different options for what my car needed. It is difficult to trust a mechanic, but this place earned my business and trust.

They are rip offs. I paid them $1200 for a coolant leak that's never was fixed and 1 year later its still leaking. It never stopped leaking . it went back to them and told them 2 days after they said it was fixed and they charged me $200 to inspect their own work. They said it must be leaking because one of my fans want working good and I should replace the fan and maybe that's will fix it. They wanted $600 or $800 to do that but i couldn't afford anymore money. So now 1 year later fan is still working fine but coolant leak is still there as bad as it was when I first took it to them. I should have sued them but didn't. Sorry I didn't. They are horrible. Only giving 1 star cause I have to in order to post this

Sergio and team are always honest and professional. My BMW notified me that I needed a brake fluid service. While I was there last week, I asked if they could change my oil as well. They did the brake fluid service and told me that there is no need to change the oil yet.I have my 2 BMWs serviced there regularly. They actually make owning a BMW more practical. They are BMW experts.

UPDATE: The owner, Sergio, had reached out immediately to help resolve any problems I had prior. Everyone down to the person who helped me took the time to reach out and resolve any personal grievances that are no longer an issue. Exclusively, Import cares for its customers and seems genuine for any mishaps that go down once brought to their attention. Thank you, Sergio and Exclusively Imports. I will be coming back.
