“I called the shop the morning before a relative's memorial to ask if I could have a tribute spray made with a different color combination and delivered to the chapel the next day. They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, but they called me the morning before it was delivered to confirm the wording of the personalized banner for the spray.
