Gregs has always been & continues to be THE BEST shop for auto body repair. If they can't fix it, they don't pretend they can. They are honest & friendly. Have been taking our cars their for many years. Today they were honest enough to tell me they could not work on my car but had some wonderful advice & a great idea on how to fix my particular problem. Unlike other shops in the area who were willing to take my money & run. The people there are amazing, from office personnel to the car "artists" in the back. Thank you Greg's Auto Body for being the one shop with integrity.

I had gotten in a car accident and AAA gave me a list of body shops to go to. Greg's was first to get back to me and they were so friendly. They kept us up to date on our estimated time to pick our car up, and gave us good advice about rental cars. We would definitely take our cars there in the future- they were all friendly and kind. I came in for a smog check and Greg had awful costumer service. They are unaware of the newer Cadillac system that many other shops have been updated on. Greg did not explain what was wrong with a new Cadillac that had been installed through insurance and was throwing out attacking words saying it was "illegal" and in the state of California it's illegal. He projected that my father and I installed an illegal part in my car. We told him multiple times that we aren't a mechanic so we obviously would not know this is illegal. He kept shaking his head and not listening to what we were saying being completely rude and unprofessional. Until Daniel had approached us with proper communication and explaining what steps we can do. Hopefully in the future Greg learns to talk properly to customers and explain what your job title is supposed to do.

This will be an odd post. It is more about the business itself versus the work they produce. After seeing several positive reviews I have attempted to stop by here to get an estimate. On a couple of occasions I've driven here and they are closed for lunch. Sometimes I don't look at the clock and I just pull into a business when I can. Personally a business that can't afford to have an employee available during lunch gives the impression that there's a problem financially with the company. I followed up by coming back when they were open and I was told an estimator isn't available. How does an auto body shop close for lunch, and not have an estimator available when a customer pulls up. I was told just send the insurance companies estimate and we will work with that. in my opinion this location has poor customer service and if that is the proverbial tip of the iceberg I am extremely concerned about the current quality of work they produce.

Had my left rear view mirror replaced due to damage. Greg's did a great job matching up the paint on the new mirror. It took less than 10 minutes to reinstall new mirror.
