This company is ridiculous I called AAA multiple times to request a tow And this man kept calling me to confirm eligibility and three times they declined my service and left me stranded with no reason for not completing my service So unprofessional and rude and makes a customer feel neglected in a time of need stranded in the night

I also would give them no stars, In fact I was wondering why triple A even uses them. The driver told us also that we didn't have membership and we had premium 100 miles, they said my friends was expired too.Which is weird my kid was an agent for AAA and we both agree they don't even send trucks out when your not a member.

Dangerous drivers working for this company on the freeway are a huge liability to this company and the corporate office seems completely disinterested in mitigating the danger they are causing on the road. About 15 minutes ago, I was exiting the 405 at Century, and a Hadley truck was on the side of the road and went from completely stopped to pulling out in front of me and others who were getting ready to enter the exit. The driver then proceeded to cut across two lanes to get back onto the freeway- a totally unsafe maneuver. He cut me off and then when I changed lanes quickly he came into that lane too so he could get back on the freeway- I was going about 60 mph and he was coming from a complete stop into my lane, twice !! I immediately called the first number I could find from a Google search, which turned out to be the corporate office. It happened so quickly that I did not get a number to identify that specific tow vehicle. I was informed by the person who answered that while she can track the drivers from their physical location, which was all the information I had on that driver, that to do so would require her going through the records of twenty different companies they work with. Please get a better system to track drivers, so you can stop these dangerous tow drivers before they kill or seriously injure someone !

I was having trouble with my car and AAA told me I would have to get it towed to a body shop and have it fixed there. Anthony from Hadley Tow came to tow my car, but was actually able to fix it for me on the spot! He was friendly and so quick! I was SO thankful for his help!

Hadley tow went to my neighbors house for service. For whatever reason, the driver chose to drive on my grass, not giving a shit about other peoples property. You can't see how deep the tire marks are in the picture. And he tore the grass down to the soil. Yes, the grass was saturated from all the rain. More reason to stay the hell off peoples property. My neighbor even cautioned the driver about driving on my grass. The driver downplayed it like it was no big deal. What a jerk

Car battery died and Hadley Tow quickly responded to give me a job and found out it was another item that they fixed immediately and put me back on the road. They offered to have the battery checked, and if necessary, replace it with a new one.

STRANDED - ABANDONED these are just two words to describe the "service" I received from Hadley Tow. At 6:11pm yesterday, I submitted a tow request via AAA and they assigned me to this company. I was quoted 1 hour. That came and went, then the update was 8:11pm. I called dispatch and was told 7:45pm. Then a driver, Carlos, called me to verify location. 1 minute later I get a text update that arrival time would be after 11pm. I was in a parking lot in Costa Mesa - not the Moon! Stranded with my young daughter and you can't go anywhere, because they might just show up. SHAME on YOU! Looking at the reviews, I am not alone. AAA was no better. They never were able to reroute my request. I solved the problem myself, thanks to my husband showing up.

One of your tow truck drivers, Hispanic dude, shaved head with tattoos on his head and neck. Almost crashed into me from behind and even though I had my signal light on while switching lanes he proceeded to honk his horn continuously for almost a mile rolled his window down and cussed me out and harassed me to pull over and fight him. You guys sure know how to pick your employees

Search all the one star reviews! Many say this is the worst company people have ever dealt with, and while I wouldn't go that far it was not a good experience. I have AAA, and needed service as the car wouldn't start. Well, they couldn't start the car even though I replaced the battery and paid for that with them (they did the replacement). The battery service was just a small car, no tow capability. That is ok, the technician Richard was fast and friendly and did this basic service just fine. They made me call aaa for additional tow service, even though it is supposed to be they either start your car or tow you to service, that is what aaa promises, but I realize this may be a aaa issue more than the tow service. I did the second call even though that didn't seem right, and Hadley called me back and said they got the call and would be 45 minutes to an hour and I gave them an address to be towed to, as they requested. It's been 90 minutes and they aren't here, I call their dispatch and they just connected me to voice mail. Just a terrible company, very focused on revenue and not on value or completion of the job to the customer. The dispatcher Eddy was short with me, and didn't do a good job explaining what I have now come to see; that they have their contract with aaa, and I have my membership with aaa. Aaa charged me once, but was going to pay the tow company twice, and that is between them. But dispatcher Eddie was terribly argumentative and unhelpful, and acted like this is a new issue although aaa told me it comes up frequently. HARDLY would be a much more appropriate name for them than Hadley, as they hardly give you service. Apparently they waited over an hour to alert aaa after deciding they didn't want to do this service, although I don't know for sure. My issues are two things: with the dispatcher not being willing or able to talk me through this one call or two issue in a friendly and professional manner, and them cancelling the tow call and not bothering to call and inform me of that. Those are significant problems and it took 5 hours to resolve this and get a tow from Trophy towing, where driver Joseph brought a flatbed and got me towed to the deal and was friendly, efficient, and careful with my car. It's a black mark to AAA that they use such a disreputable company as Hadley towing, and they should stop inflicting them on aaa members.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life. Towed the car to their shop 9 miles away when instructed to tow the car home due to not having collision insurance. Couldn't locate the car the following day and given the run around on Friday until it was too late to get the car to get milked for 1200 for weekend storage. They use their AAA access to take advantage of people and kidnap their cars. Stay away!!! Also, the lack of hygiene/ housekeeping in the place was just something else.
