This review is definitely for the customer service rep "SAIHRA" who took care of this customer way above and beyond. She went out of her way to make sure my order was assembled and delivered with no further issue. She even called when the weather turned bad to confirm I had received my delivery. True, true customer service. Thank you so much for your assistance!

I've been doing home improvement projects on my home since the middle of this pandemic and today I came to buy some items needed to sand my floors. First off, the sales associates were not helpful today. I asked a guy for help to only request assistance from someone else via walkie talkie. He didn't even acknowledge me, ask for anotjer associate and walked passed me. I thought he was very rude. I asked another guy who was/is considering a "pro service associate." He didn't even acknowledge me either. A woman by the name of Marisol helped me and she was awesome. She answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. The 4 stars go her for her great attitude and her service.

Home Depot it's where a tool-time guys gos. But there's much more than that, there's all type of utilities all types of materials for building, and much more. HD is a place where you can find toiletries water and cleaning materials. This is an everyday place for me. Their online portal is probably one of the best in the industry right now. keep on keepin on home Depot!

Ah the joys of home ownership. It sometimes mean deciding to doing your own landscaping when your previous gardener tries to shortchange you. After ordering a refurbished battery powered lawnmower from Ego (yes, they exist) off the Home Depot website, I came to this Home Depot to pick it up. The order itself took 2 weeks to deliver which seemed like forever in an era of Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. Came on a weeknight at 8pm and the store was surprisingly busy. I notice there's at least 1 employee not wearing the orange Home Depot apron and looked like a customer but ends up walking behind a counter. When I walked up to the counter to wait in line at the order pickup area, there were 4 employees behind cash registers. I thought this should take no time at all. Then 2 of the employees disappear, 1 employee walks over to help with product returns, and we're down to 1 employee. The 1 employee helps the person ahead of me takes much longer than just an order pickup as I overhear their conversation of getting a price match and calling her supervisor for guidance. Tick tock, tick tock. I'm getting annoyed at the situation. When it's my turn, I tell them my order number and show identification. They pull out my boxed lawnmower which is already in storage on a cart behind the counter. It's a heavy item but there's no offer to move it to the car. Thankfully I didn't need assistance with a bit of creative leveraging but to offer would have been the customer service protocol. Overall, a mixed bag with Home Depot. At least the lawnmower worked.
