I already have an appointment for next year.My tax pro, Ms. Romo, definitely knows her stuff. She must've been a math major in college; maybe she's even done some teaching or tutoring. She explains everything clearing and concisely, letting me know from both a tax standpoint and a mathematical one how various deductions, taxes, interest, etc. works into the tax return calculations. She understood all my questions and answered them at a level I could understand.

I liked the great customer service given I was greeted at the door and let know that my tax professional was ready to get started The tax professional asked a series of questions to get an idea of my situation and was made feel heard and they did an excellent job explaining every part of the return with me They do give discounts to referrals and to the person who refers them I can't wait to bring the rest of my family to get there taxes done here
