We came to get Christmas pictures done, and they were so amazing. My 2 year old was not having it, but we got one good picture, and the rest were great of my two older girls.

I totally recommend this JCPenney I had got my ears pierced. I can't remember the ladies name but she was the best lady she was so nice she was so gentle and she was so sanitary. She gave me a good amount of cleaner for my earrings. I recommend JCPenney's thank you bye.

The Staff are very polite and welcoming As I walked in the store on 12/5/23 to do a online return it was quick & hassle free I was greeted by 6 employees. The cashier was helpful as well as I was doing my Xmas shopping some items had no tags & she did a price check that happened to be on sale . Not only that she honored my coupon . I was a very happy customer purchasing over $100 on sale items. The store is very clean , neatly organized, and very affordable.
