Ed and Lakshma were amazing. They were so patient with me. They took their time to explain the process and what my insurance covered. I did not feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. I would definitely go back to this location because of their amazing customer service. The entire team there was amazing. Would definitely recommend this location.

Optometrist quickly ran me through the tests I had to stop her and tell her to please slow down because she was going through the tests and talking too fast during the exam that I could not accurately or have enough time to look at the images quick enough and tell her quickly what I was seeing or not seeing and if I would tell her slow down she would get frustrated. The examination part is the most important part and I should be able to accurately report to her what I'm seeing or not seeing to receive the accurate help I need. She quickly was trying to tell me what lenses she was giving me and I had to stop her and ask her to please tell me the diagnosis and explain it to me because I'm not an optometrist. It appeared to frustrate her her again because the way she came at me made me feel horrible because she had to take the time to explain, this was also very uncomfortable because I had to keep apologizing to her for her having to take the time to explain to me the results, and diagnosis. I made it work with her and everyone there because I needed reading glasses, I should have just walked away. She disappointed me once and she disappointed me on the second visit, which I had to have with her because there was no other optometrist there. I should have listened to everyone who warned me that LensCrafters rush you in, optometrist rushes you through the exam and then runs to the person who's going to sell you the frames and you're out the door. The first prescription the optometrist filled was low second prescription she made high. When the representative asked me if I wanted to talk to her in order to get the right prescription, after 20 minutes of waiting for her she told the representative that she could not help me and to see the other optometrist who comes on Friday. I would never recommend LensCrafters across the board. I will be getting my glasses from them, it's already done and I have wasted too much time. I'm hoping to get the right prescription from the Friday optometrist and quickly get my reading glasses because it's going on 4 weeks. I will be going to a reputable optometrist office in my yearly check up. I'm not going to identify the optometrist or the woman who helped me with the frames because this is about feeling disappointed and wanting people to think twice when picking the best care for their Eye health and not personal.

I walked in to get my slightly bent glasses tweaked, and the lab did a great job. I didn’t buy the glasses from LensCrafters, but Jason was kind enough to adjust them for free, which I thought was quite nice.

Firsr off, this business needs more help. I came in on Sunday, it was pretty busy. My complaint is during my shopping experience, I overheard a curly haired girl just talking to an older lady like she was uneducated. The older lady was asking to explain her insurance and the curly haired girl wasn’t even looking at her and just kept saying she couldn’t. But she was found and eligible through scan? Like girl just help her. You’re already violating her hippa rights by asking for her insurance info loud enough for me to hear across the room. I was finally helped and asked who that girl was and I can’t remember her name but she was their supervisor?! She’s clearly new and needs more training on customer service and privacy.

Brian took care of me when I snapped my Oakleys on a hike. Man, this was so unexpected to have a fast lens swap and an outstanding customer service experience. It actually saved my day, and I got back out!

Brian and Lakshmi provide topnotch service! Been to several Lens crafters but hands down this is the best location so if you need glasses or even a simple repair they will take care of you. This is my go to location! Thank you both for your excellent service and making your customers feel as if they are in the best part of your company! 🤙🏾💯
