The office lady who wrote up my contract said my car would be done in a week and it was done in a week very nice paint job very happy with it and they even cleaned my headlights for me for free which I did not expect very good price for a car paint job looks awesome.

I took my car to this Maaco location for a paint job, and when I picked it up, I discovered deep scratches and damage on both taillights—damage that was not there before. I have clear photo evidence showing the condition of my taillights before and after the service—evidence that is indisputable. Instead of taking accountability, both Columba and the manager (an older Indian gentleman) attempted to gaslight me by blaming the damage on the age of my car. Their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes about the integrity of this shop. I strongly urge others to avoid this Maaco location at all costs. Dishonesty and lack of accountability should not be rewarded with your business.

Took my car took longer than expected for full paint job back bumper has chipped with a few weeks and the rear bumper panel is already falling apart I paid for them to fix it
