“i just love! above-&-beyond customer service & from the owner? sometimes unheaord of!
i went in to buy my niece some socks really quick cause we forgot her ballet slippers (whoops) so in the rush i unknowingly grabbed a size that were waaay too small, i payed & was on my way. well while we were at my car about to open the socks the owner comes out & notofies me & gives me the correct size we needed!

My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Tonight is our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to do something special as I am planning to propose. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! “I’m from out of town and I was passing by and decided to go the shopping center here. I was approached by an associate named Adrian, he was very polite and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered any questions I had in regards of sizing. I had my daughter with me who is autistic and she had a good interaction with Adrian as well. He was very patient with her. If I’m ever back in town I would definitely give this store a visit since I do love shopping at vans.”
