Just started coming here after metro stopped their contract the Whittier Blvd location and the operator here has a weird hostile attitude towards customers.
I'm the person with the financial loss of not being able to return my new phone and I'm the one that should be frustrated from not being able to switch service to my old working phone, because my new phone is to new. So why is the operator so put out for "helping" me? Is she a self absorbed child? When I bought my phone I thought this is the worst sales person ever. Ugh
No stars, you'll be better off financially and emotionally to never come here.

Any experience with t mobile is a horrible experience. When I signed up 5 years ago it was due to a plan that was awesome. 1 month that lasted. Since then they've changed my account countless times and to get this clarified have been days of my personal time. Now they expect me to pay my full bill even though for over the past year I've received partial service.Horrible company fortunately with their consent I've recorded past conversations and I'm still waiting on a call back that should have happened over a month ago

This store is far the most worst customer service. However complete SCAM!! The better business bureau needs to take this store out of business. They scam me for the price of the phone, and when the girl open the box for the phone it wasn't even the phone I was pointing to the whole time that I wanted!!!! The manager is careless to even resolving the problem!

After 5 attempts at calling and getting no answer I finally drive all the way from Inglewood back to their location. The reason I had to come in the first place is because in the 1st they sold a mentally handicapped person not one but two faulty devices. When we realized the problem we tried to get it fixed and got run around after run around. The quality of customer care is actually a zero. On the plus side I finally was able to get the code needed to acces the account.

I have really really bad experience from this store I when there on Black Friday I saw the new at iPhone 6s Plus the price of a $149 from the ad but store gave me $300 with $50 activation fee so I called Metropcs customer service and they verified price is $149 plus activation fee of $15. Don't go this store they trying to rip off!!
